The staff are very professional and welcoming and, upon visiting, it is obvious that the residents are completely at ease, happy and well looked after. Finally, because we know that my mother is safe and well cared for, it takes a lot of pressure off me, my wife and family knowing that mum is content, safe and well cared for.
