Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review regarding the care of your mother. I will pass on the feedback to the team as this will mean a lot to them too. We are really grateful to have looked after your mum, please remember you are welcome at Brookfield anytime, if you want to call in for a brew and cake or any events whenever the time is right we are always here.
She always says that she's enjoyed her stay when I come to collect her. She joins in with the activities and she loves the local trips out that they sometime have.
Thank you for your lovely comments, we love having your mum staying with us and the other residents also enjoy her company.
Mum enjoyed 2 weeks respite care following a fall at home and 4 weeks in hospital. It was a really positive experience, excellent care and increased her mobility and confidence to return home.
Thank you for your lovely comments it was a pleasure to have your mum staying with us and for her to build her strength up to be able to go back home.
Best care home in Warrington. I work in adult social care and regularly visit residential care homes Brookfields is by far the best. Management are amazing on the ball with medication, sorted eye appointments for mum doctors appointments basically made my life stress free. The home is beautiful and I call it a home as it feels like home all staff are so caring and kind always smiling laughing with the residents. The entertainment team brilliant. Everyone has made my mother feel so at ease and welcome. I genuinely feel like the staff are sent from above. I can come to see mum when ever I'm offered a cup of tea and cake. The home is kept beautifully clean. Mum wants to stay full time which is a relief for me as I know she is safe well looked after and she is happy. Please look on the social media page or go check the home you will come away thinking wow. Management Sarah and Jane fantastic they really do care and take the time to get to know not just mum but family too. I highly recommend.
Thank you Angela for such lovely complimentary words I will pass them on to the team, your mum is a joy to have here and she is such a character and makes us laugh daily.
My Mums general happiness has dramatically improved during her stay and despite her age and frailties, her physical wellbeing has also improved greatly.
She is now happily thriving in the excellent social environment provided by Brookfield and is looks forward to joining in all the activities with the new friends she has made there.
Her personal care is now well managed and she is eating good nutritionally balanced meals provided by a first class catering team.
In me and my family's opinion, Brookfield is an excellent care home in every way and we cannot thank all of the staff enough for all of their dedicated care to my Mum and to ourselves. Thank you so much for our peace of mind.
Thank you for such lovely compliments, I will pass them on to the team, your mum is an absolute joy and pleasure to be around and it is lovely to see her thriving here at Brookfield.
My Mum stayed for just over a week for respite, it was her first time at the Barchester, Brookfield Care home, we were very happy with the caring staff and the care provided for our Mum during her stay. We hope to put mum there again in April for respite, it's a lovely home, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, it's close to my brother so he can visit whilst we are away, he and my sister in law were also very impressed with the staff and care home.
Thank you so much for your feedback and I am so pleased that your mum enjoyed her stay here at Brookfield we shall look forward to seeing her again and I will share your lovely comments with the team.
Excellent in every way. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Immaculate all the time. Hardworking staff and made to feel like family. Nothing was any trouble and Mum enjoyed her respite stay which helped me so much that Mum was well looked after during my recovery for a knee replacement. Five-star.
Thank you for your lovely feedback and I hope you are recovering well and looking forward to Christmas, it was a pleasure to have your mum here with us and please call in when you are better, it would be lovely to see you again.
Mum stayed at Brookfield Care Home from July for 4 months following a fire at home. The standards of cleanliness, décor, the rooms, shared spaces, hair salon and the menu are 1st class! (Yes, they have a three-course, breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, plus snacks in between) This care home is more like a 5-star hotel. But most importantly we were blown away by the level of care by the staff. A particular member of staff and her team made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help Mum settle. Here she has gained friendships with other residents and staff. She's been involved in exercise classes, watched concerts by local schools and taken part in activities. Even her mobility has improved whilst she's been here. The goal was always to get Mum back home again, but having the support of the mentioned staff member and her team has made Mum's situation so much more stress-free. We as a family can't thank Brookfield Care Home enough. They've been amazing!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a lovely, heartfelt and detailed review. Having your mum stay with us was an absolute pleasure for the team, she loved a laugh and a joke with everyone and we are so glad she settled well with us and you and the family had peace of mind from...
Lovely staff who are so caring to both residents and their family.
Thanks for all the care you give my Grandma.
Thank you so much for leaving us such a lovely review, I will take great pleasure in sharing this with the staff in the home. Thank You.
My mother-in-law went to live at Brookfield in July, and what can I say, this place is amazing, it's clean, always smells lovely when you walk in, and the staff are just wonderful, they go above and beyond to take care of all the residents, and when you visit, you feel so welcome too, always fresh cakes, biscuits or snacks available, tea and coffee station so you can help yourself. I keep saying I'll book myself in for a week, it really does have a great relaxing vibe. My mother-in-law has said how happy and safe she feels to be somewhere where nothing is too much trouble for the people caring for her, this is high praise indeed from her. Thank you, Brookfield; you really are making a difference, and I for one, can't rate you highly enough.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review; it is so lovely to hear how happy your mother-in-law and you are with our home. I will share this review with the team, and it really will mean so much to them. Thank you.
The deputy manager and the team are caring and thoughtful. My friend has been with Barchester Brookfield Care Home since 2019 and is happy, content and settled, thanks to the team.
Thank you so much for your review and kind words regarding the team here at Brookfield. I have passed on your comments to the team, this feedback really means a lot to them.
The home was spotless - beautiful surroundings, photos - very clean, friendly and 'homely' feeling.
Where I have not given a rating is because I did not use any of these facilities/visit room etc.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this review, I have shared your feedback with the staff and this means so much to them. We look forward to you visiting again soon.
Staff are always welcoming, kind, happy and smiling. Mum is well looked after and cared for. We often say she is in a high-standard hotel. The home is well-kept and very clean and has a lovely vibe about it. As a family, we are always welcomed and kept involved about everything. The manager's office door is always open for a chat, which is very reassuring.

From the first day, my dad arrived at Brookfield, I can only say how impressed I have been. My main concern was the safe care of my dad. The home is immaculate, clean and bright. The staff are very caring, helpful and always keeping their guests in a happy and comfortable manner.
