This care home goes above and beyond for looking after residents and their families, they are friendly, informative and responsive to situations throughout. They go the extra mile to meet your needs as family and to make the resident comfortable and overall safe in everything they do. They have an outstanding management and support team, excellent clinical staff and super caring carers 10/10
Thank you for your kind review it is very much appreciated by all at Three Elms and we would like to thank you for your on going support.
My mum has been a resident of Three Elms since April 2024. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind both to my mum and to me. From my point of view it is such a relief to know my mum is settled and looked after - she has dementia which is worsening but she is being looked after by kind people who can meet her day to day needs.
They are always very helpful and friendly.
The care nurses are also friendly and helpful and nothing is too much for them.
I'm glad my mum is being looked after by these people in this home. I trust them with the care of my mother
That is very important to me.
I would like to thank you and your family for your ongoing support.
All the staff at 3 Elms are very friendly and incredibly helpful. From arriving at reception through to all the staff helping all the residents with their various needs nothing is ever too much trouble. There is a very homely and friendly feel to the 3 Elms.
It is also, our pleasure to care for your mother in law.
I moved my mum to Three Elms 12 months ago after a negative experience and numerous safeguarding issues at another local care home. When Mum moved in, I was full of anxiety, scared and just wanted her to be settled and happy. From day 1 Lindsay, Kay and all the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure my mum (and me) are happy. My mum is full of joy again, happy, laughing constantly and enjoying activities such as bowling, riding bikes and pub lunches! I am so much more relaxed and able to be a daughter again and enjoy quality time with my mum. Staff at three elms encourage independence and person centred care is a priority. Nothing is too much trouble and any (minor) issues I have had have been addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this home to anybody!!
It is a pleasure to care for your mother she brings so much joy and laughter to the home and it is lovely to see how much she enjoys participating in the activities
I was very concerned and nervous about him going into full time residential care, as it was his own decision, but I needn't have been. I've never seen him so settled, happy and content for years!
Everything about Three Elms is fantastic, especially the Management and Staff members. I'm there every day and the people make this place. Dad looks forward to getting up and getting ready every morning because he is greeted by lovely people. They pop in and out throughout the day, he is never short of someone to chat to. It's only been one month but already these beautiful people feel like family to us, I only have Dad and Dad only has me, now we have a huge family. I can't thank you all enough!
It is wonderful to see how happy and content he is here with us, and we would also like to thank you too, for the support you have shown towards Three Elms it really means a lot and it is very much appreciated by all the staff here.
My father went into 3 Elms about 7 weeks ago. His care has been excellent. He has made terrific progress as he is engaging in activities , having regular meals . He is encouraged to take part if he wants to. I have seen him singing and painting in a communal room. Equally if he wants time to himself he can go to his own room or a smaller communal TV room. His glucose levels has stabilised from recieving regular nutritious meals. Staff are always helpful and supportive to him and us. Thankyou
Thank you for your kind review, it is very much appreciated by all the staff at Three Elms and we are so happy to see how well he has settled in with us, he has built great relationships with staff and his fellow residents
All the staff are excellent at the home and the care they provide is exceptional, nothing is to much trouble. The activities that they do with the residents is fantastic. This is an excellent care home and is highly recommended
thank you for your very kind review, it is lovely to see how happy and settled your mother is and how much she loves to join in with our activities and trips out, especially to the rugby!
I cannot praise Three Elms enough. The care they provide is amazing. My dad is always treated with respect and dignity. All staff are friendly, dedicated and caring, they get to know each resident in order than they can meet their needs and always have a smile to welcome you. The food is very good, freshly made and varied. His room is always fresh and clean. He has said he would give them 11 out of 10 if he could. Family and visitors are always made welcome. The activities are varied and stimulating. Really pleased we found Three Elms for my dad. Thank you.
its so lovely to see how well your father has settled in with us
My dad has been a resident in Three Elms since 2021. Throughout his time at the home he has always been very well looked after. The staff at the home are very engaging and nothing is too much trouble. The home engage the residents in regular activities and although my dad doesn't join in a lot of them, out of choice, he does enjoy river walks and trips out to local cafes. Although the home may not be as modern as some of the newer homes, I cannot fault the care given, which to me is much more important. It is often one of the hardest decisions a family have to make to put a loved one into care but now dad is settled, he views this as his home and it a comfort to know he is safe and well looked after
We would like to thank you as a family, for all the support you have shown to Three Elms over the past 5 years.
My Dad initially was in Three Elms for respite care as sadly my Mum could no longer care for his needs. After a couple of months he was made a permanent resident. The care he receives is second to none, he is always lovely and clean and is obviously well fed as he has put on weight since being there. From my experience all of the staff are lovely they are really friendly to us and after only a few weeks knew my Dad well, he isn't the easiest person and doesn't make friends easily, he likes things done how he likes them and certain things really irritate him, the staff picked up on this very quickly even knowing from a slight difference in his facial expressions. A care home was the last resort for us and it broke my heart having to take him, but in all honesty I don't think we could have chosen a better place for him. I'm always kept informed of any changes in Dad or asked if he can join in excursions etc, a really lovely place with lovely people
As always we would like to thank, you and your family for your continued support you show
Also the choice and amount of activities the residents have access to are great from having a pamper day to days out or spending time in their beautiful gardens. Its comforting to know how loved, cared for and looked after mum is when we aren't there and that her needs and wishes are met and respected.
As always it is a pleasure to care for your mother and we love how involved she gets in activities from running her own little craft sessions with her fellow residents.
I arranged to visit prior to finalising.
What led me to choose here was how fantastic the Staff were.
The engagement by staff with residents made it a clear winner, based on the 4 other care homes I had also visited prior.
My relative lives with Dementia, yet all her needs are met and beyond due to the staff.
Meals provided are Great, with lots of variety.Room is Spotless and meets all my Aunties needs.
A constant flow of cups of tea makes my Aunties day.
Medication and constant reviews have shown a marked improvement in my Auntie, especially improving her once Low Moods.
The Home is very secure for Residents Safety whilst providing the right amount of Independant Living.
Activities for residents to take part in are also provided ( A Nice Touch)
So Glad I found this Place for my Auntie.Hats off to Management and Staff.
10/10
As always it is a pleasure to care for your Aunt.
From day one, they made her feel at home, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming, homely feel. She has been getting involved in the activities and trips, which has really lifted her spirits. As her condition and health changes, close monitoring, support and care offered continues to be excellent.
Special thanks to all staff. Office staff, care staff, and entertainment staff-your compassion, patience, and hard work don't go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you do.
We feel lucky to have found a place like this and would happily recommend Three Elms to other families looking for quality care.
Thank you for your very kind review, it is a pleasure to care for your mother and we would also like to thank you as a family, for your ongoing support you continually show
My grandma has been living at the Three Elms for the last few years, and I can honestly say the care she receives is outstanding. The staff are all incredibly kind, patient, and go above and beyond to make sure she feels comfortable, safe, and happy.
It gives us such peace of mind knowing she's surrounded by people who not only take care of her medical needs, but also treat her with dignity, respect, and warmth. They always take the time to engage with her, encourage her to join in activities, and make her feel part of a family.
I can't thank all the staff enough for everything they do for her. It means the world to know she is in such good hands. I would highly recommend the Three Elms to anyone looking for a place where their loved one.
Thank you for your kind review of Three Elms, it is a pleasure to care for your Grandma and we would like to thank you and your family for your ongoing support.
Mum has been at Tree Elms for 2 and a half years. In that time she has been cared for really well. Her room is lovely and always clean they look after her when she's has been unwell. The staff are great always friendly. It is a lovely environment for mum as she needs the wonderful care they provide.
Thank you for your kind review, it is a pleasure to care for your mother and we would like to thank you for your ongoing support you show to Three Elms.
Dad recently needed to move into a care home was a stressful time for both himself and our family. From day one staff, management and senior carers without exception have been professional, caring and helpful, giving us advice and guidance, making a difficult time easier for us all. Having worked in the industry myself until recently I have nothing but praise for all concerned. It isn't easy working in the care industry, but staff always have time for both Dad and ourselves when we visit. The building is spotless, Dad's room is always clean and well-maintained, and Dad himself well turned out. The communication and updates on Dad are regular. The food is varied and appropriate for the residents, and there's regular activities.
Thank you for your very kind review, its a pleasure to care for your Father and we thank you for the ongoing support you offer to Three Elms.
My father was provided with respite care for a month following a stay in hospital. Throughout his stay he was treated with kindness, dignity and in a highly professional manner by all the care team. I was kept regularly updated on his progress, and on my visits was always made to feel welcome.
Thank you for your kind review, it was a pleasure to have your father stay with us and to hear that your experience here at Three Elms was that of a positive one.
My mother has been in Three Elms for three and a half years. She is well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. The care support staff are lovely, friendly and very caring. Nobody would choose to put their precious family into a care home but when there is no choice you need to know your family member is safe and cared for. Three Elms gives me this.
It is a pleasure to care for your mum and we will ensure to maintain the best care possible at all times. Thank you for sharing your experience and I will pass your kind words to the home team.
Kind regards
I was dreading my mum-in-law going into the Three Elms as she's been in respite in one and a bed to assess in another and they weren't great, but I'm so glad we chose the Three Elms as her forever home. The care, meals and everything else are second to none, it's clean and tidy at all times, and the staff are amazing, including all office staff, the maintenance guys, cleaners and carers. They treat residents and families as if they were their own. Nothing is ever too much and they always have an ear ready for you if you need a chat. Thanks, Three Elms for everything you do for my mum-in-law I can rest easy knowing she very well looked after when we're not there.
Kind regards.
