Overall Experience

My mother in law came here initially for respite, but now she is a permanent resident.

I cannot praise the staff here high enough. The running of the Home is brilliant, all the staff from management to care workers and activity workers, do an outstanding job.

The food on offer is plentiful and home cooked and perfect for the residents.

I’m so glad my mother in law is looked after so well, and my husband and I can now relax knowing that she is safe and cared for.

Overall Experience

My uncle came to the home about 2 years ago. When I first visited the home the managers made my uncle and myself feel so welcome. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for them and the girls have always gone above and beyond to help. The home has such a homely feel and my uncle is looked after to a good standard and all his needs are met.

In my eyes a fab home with wonderful staff.

Overall Experience

It has been 3 years or so when I first did a review. My mum has lived at Three Elms now for about 6 years and from the very first day, she has been happy to live there. All the staff past and present have been lovely. Mum has a really nice room not that she spends too much time in it as she likes the lounge (the big lounge, as there are a few) she doesn't want to miss anything. In the Summer she likes to sit outside, there is a large patio area with tables and chairs and lots of grassed area with beautiful trees, lots of birds singing, it is a very peaceful place. There have been some summer fetes held there which everybody enjoys. Other activities include bingo, dominos (mum particularly enjoys this) and quizzes. The food is delicious myself and my husband have enjoyed a very tasty Christmas Lunch every year which families can attend usually a week before Christmas. The staff get to know the residents' likes and dislikes and mum is treated with respect. I am always thankful to the staff.
