I am very happy with the care my grandfather receives. He looks to be so happy and well cared for. He always has a smile on his face. The staff are very friendly and are always on hand to help. The manager is very attentive and helpful and I couldn't wish for my grandad to be in a better place....

Overall, I think the care given is very good, a disappointment that we are not able to get into Mum's room to over see her clothes and toiletries etc, but surely this will be rectified in due course. Could do with a review with the staff so we could discuss any concerns we have if necessary.

The care home is of a very high standard. Well managed and the care is second to none. My dad is 91 years old and looks as well now as he has done in years. The meals look really nice, the carers do a fantastic job especially one of the senior staff.

My grandmother was very happy and comfortable, the staff were very engaging and happy to assist. The room was warm, cosy and felt very homely. The building was large and open, however, I didn't have time to view it.
