My grandmother lived at Norwood Grange for over 8 years. She was very well looked after over these years. Even at the end of her life, she was having the most amazing care. I wish everyone would be looked after the way she was. Top care home.
Despite her initial apprehension, mum has settled extremely well into Norwood Grange. The support and care from staff is of the highest level. Always approachable, polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Mum is happy, eating well and now looks and feels safe. Her confidence has grown and it is lovely to see her take part in social events and activities. A big thank you to everyone at Norwood Grange.
Really happy with the care my dad is receiving. He seems really happy here, staff are all lovely and happy to help.
Mum has been in Norwood Grange for about a month. We are pleased with the care she is receiving. The home is very friendly. Everything is very clean and her room is nice and tidy. She is getting looked after very well. She is still unsettled but the staff are very patient and understanding.
Mum has been here almost 4 weeks and the care she has received has been excellent. Staff are very friendly and always let me know how mum is doing.
Norwood Grange is a happy caring home with friendly and competent staff. Always able to listen to us and help with care and information. The care received has been welcomed and has helped patients to settle, be comfortable and well looked after giving relatives peace and knowledge their loved ones are happy and content.
We find the staff very helpful and caring towards the residents. They are treated with respect and care.
I have always found the staff and management at Norwood polite and professional. If a problem has come up it has been dealt with quickly and my Mum seems really happy here.
Since my Mum moved into this care home I have noticed how well she looks and also how happy she is. In my opinion, this is down to the staff.
We were very happy with the standard of care given to our relative. The staff showed genuine compassion and interest in her wellbeing. The end of life care, in particular, was carried out with tact and diplomacy and our relative's dignity was fully respected. We were kept informed at all times. We can only praise all the staff and extend our gratitude to them all.
I enjoy living here and like the food and room. Just wish there were more activities and outings.
My wife is well looked after by the care staff and is really cared for.
My fathers care in Norwood Grange has been very good. Great staff, that care for all residents. Very homely.
I visit Norwood Grange three times a week and the level of care I see is very good. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Very friendly, caring, professional staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Lots of varied activities are offered to the residents.
Staff are doing a grand job from the management to carers, cooks and cleaning/laundry. Couldn't wish for better care for Mum in any way.
As a family, we feel rest assured Mum is in the best place getting the best care Norwood Grange offer. Thank you to each and every one of you.
Highly recommended, my mum in law was in here 3 years and now my mum. My mum has been here just over a year and I find it to be a welcoming, homely atmosphere where I can enjoy time with my mum and find the staff to be extremely caring and I consider them as friends not just staff. My mum is very happy here and wouldn’t want her anywhere else.
Norwood Grange is a fantastic care home. They treat the residents with love and respect. The care they give is first class and the activities and quality of life they have is outstanding. The staff there treat the residents and relations like they are family. Every care home should be run like this. Every person living in a care home deserves one like this.
My nan is a resident there, the care is fantastic and our whole family can sleep easier knowing that the staff are providing excellent care for her and everyone else that lives there too.
A warm, friendly atmosphere, the activities are wonderful, the food fantastic, the accommodation great and care team marvellous!! Thank you all so much for looking after my nan.
Absolutely the best home ever. Staff are second to none - would highly recommend.
They always try their best. They work hard and there is a happy feeling in the home.
I feel they give 110 percent in all they do.
