We are always greeted in the Home with a lovely friendly welcome. They always know how he has been that day and if he has done anything in particular. This again reassures us he is ok

My Friend has been in this home for a few weeks now, She seems very happy and settling in. The staff always appear to be happy, It is very clean bright and spacious. She always looks very clean and groomed, She tells me the food is lovely and I am most happy she is here.

In th 6 months my dad has been a resident at Simon Marks. I feel that the staff have been very effective in welcoming and settling him. This has taken time and skill as he has communication difficulties and physical impairment following a stroke and also did not want to accept help. The kindness and compassion of staff, excellent food, safe environment and a structured routine is perfect for dad's needs.

Very pleased indeed with how Sam B made an emergency place available for Dad. She was brilliant. I have been impressed with how the care team have dealt with Dad, who has very complex needs and can be volatile and aggressive. This all prompted me to move my Mum to join him at Simon Marks. I am very pleased with how it is all going. My only slight disappointment is that I absolutely want mum and Dad to see each other every day - not happening so far.

The staff are all very friendly and recognise us when we go to see mum in law.

My mum has been a resident at Simon Marks Court for a month, what an amazing place, she is washed, well dressed, well looked after, staff are amazing, wonderful leadership. Mum has settled so well she praises the staff and loves the food, she can't understand why she doesnt see a doctor though still thinks she is in hospital. Amazing activities going on. I am so pleased my mum is in Simon Marks Court I wouldn't pick anywhere else.

Simon Marks Court has been an absolute winner from the very beginning, Everything from the room, facilities, food, together with all the wonderful happy caring and supportive staff has made the experience for my friend such a positive one ..

Lovely place, staff very friendly, caring and go way beyond their duties. Place is clean and tidy and the meals are lovely as mum has said.

Mum loved it from the off. The staff made her welcome they are very friendly. Mum settled down very fast. Made all the family happy as mum is hard to please, she is outspoken and we expected her to find fault but she found none. When we visit too, the staff make us welcome. The family are so happy she's settled now, lovely place. Vey clean too.

Whenever we visit the home is always bright, clean and warm.

As I had not been to Simon Marks Court I was a little anxious how my first visit would go. I need not have worried. All the staff were friendly and helpful including a cup of coffee! My friend is obviously well cared for, relaxed and coping well with her situation. Thank you to you all.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. My Mum is well looked after, and comfortable. My only negative would be access to the building on a weekend, I'm not sure that the bell always works and access can be slow.

My mother in law has been a resident in Simon Marks Court for 18 months now and has settled in very well and seems very happy thanks to the support of all the staff there. They are very helpful and supportive and also very friendly to us and her.

I don't think we could have found anywhere better for her!

My mother-in-law is loving life at Simon Marks Court, she is extremely well looked after and wants for nothing, the room is a great size, the staff are lovely and the food is fab she hasnt eaten that much in years, she is encouraged to join in with the daily activities but also left in peace when she wants to be, we only wish she had gone in the home sooner.

Before mum stayed at Simon Marks we were offered a tour of the facilities. The moment we walked through the door we both felt at ease. Everyone from office to kitchen staff greeted us with a big smile and a welcome, which was really settling. The home was spotlessly clean and smelt as fresh as a daisy. All this made the home an obvious choice.

When she moved they took note of her hospital appointment, meds and explained meal times, entertainment etc. She was even escorted to her hospital appointment and now speaks about one staff member, who took her, as a real friend. Mum's only complaint about the catering was how often she was offered meals, cups of tea and cakes! (A lady has to watch her figure). The care staff encouraged her to take part in the daily activities and she danced for the first time in years.

Unfortunately mum had an incident where she needed to be taken to hospital but was cared for so well that she even stated she was lucky to be there because of the help she received.

Mum's been in Simon Marks for just over a year now she has settled there immediately and has been very happy the last year. Care and support and staff have been excellent, staff turnover has been frequent so sometimes impacts on care delivery as not familiar with residents but always obliging and friendly. Management always friendly and helpful with any concerns or issues. As a family we have peace of mind mum is happy and well looked after.

I would like to thank all the staff involved with the care of Mum during her short stay at Simon Mark's Court. Mum said the carers were lovely and took good care of her. She also said the food was very good too. The staff were very efficient when dealing with any requests.

Home-from-home, staff are wonderful, my sister got the greatest care I could have wished for during her 2-year stay at the home. The staff became her second family during that time and were willing to sit with her when she got upset or angry. They provided lovely entertainment which my sister loved to join in with and she loved the beagle dog who came in to visit. They always made me her sisters feel welcome when I visited her and gave me wonderful cups of tea and cake. For anyone wanting a care home I would recommend Simon Marks Court.
