Whenever I visit the home I receive a friendly welcome from all staff - information given is required regarding residents, staff always helpful and treat all residents equally, unless resident isn't in the right mood. He is always well dressed and looking smart, clean clothes, sometimes wearing a tie, laundry service is very good - items usually hung in the wardrobe. Food and variety of food really good. Help given again if required, not pushed or forced to eat of they don't want it. Dining and lounge area clean and comfortable - looking very smart after the decorating, individual rooms excellent.

My aunty lives in the home, she has dementia. The home has been the best thing for her, she has come out of herself again and the staff are brilliant with her. My mum has dementia. I didn't want to put her in a home, but Nesfield Lodge has really improved my mums quality of life, the staff and management really are good to her and it is the best thing myself and family could have done.
