Beech House is very friendly and they do all they can to help all the patients. Very clean. Good food. Plenty of activities. It's like home from home. Overall it is very good and I would recommend any family to put their loved one in here.

Excellent home. Care is way above what I thought possible. Activities are extremely well planned and carried out, the highlight of the day of so many of the residents. The Activities staff member deserves a big thank you for all her hard work in this area. The love and care is genuine and creates a
safe and homely atmosphere. The home keeps me fully aware of how my mother is and listens to any worries I have with her. My Mother's carer is a shining example of what a carer should be.

My mother aged 94, who has been in the home for three weeks, seems to be settling in well. She enjoys the food and is able to look out into the garden from the sitting room. The bedroom is compact and comfortable and the ensuite toilet and wash basin is very useful.

Dad is well cared for. He is safe and clean. The staff alert us to any issues Dad may have. Beech House is immaculately clean and the food is of a good quality and presentation.

We have been very pleased with the care that Dad has received whilst at Beech House. Staff are compassionate and always willing to help.


When Dad has needed medical attention they have always been speedy to respond.

I wanted the best care for my nana so when she came to stay at Beech House I was really impressed.
The staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is really friendly.
The activities are well organised and varied.
The rooms are very welcoming.
I feel very reassured that my nana is being well

Adam

Adam Janeway

Job Title: Registered Home Manager Joined: 2025

Adam joined Beech House in March 2025 with a robust background in care. He began his career as a care assistant in 2015, quickly discovering his passion for the field. Progressing to a senior care assistant, he earned his NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.


In 2010, Adam became a Residential Team Leader at a large care home in Leeds, completing his NVQ 5 as a unit lead. He gained significant managerial experience and learned to implement Golden Care standards.


Adam's first manager position was at a residential care home just before the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges, he succeeded and led the home to win Care Home of the Year in 2022 with an Outstanding rating from the internal inspection team.


Adam has managed various homes, including residential, dementia, and nursing facilities. He values staff development, safety, and fulfillment, maintaining an open-door policy. Delighted to be part of Beech House, he is dedicated to improving and upholding its standards.


In recent years, Adam has completed two NVQ 7 qualifications in health and social care, global leadership and management, and caring leader coaching and development.
