My mum is currently staying at eagle View, my mum and myself and the rest of our family are praying that this can be a permanent stay. I can not thank everyone enough, every member of staff, for the warm welcome and care and attention they have all shown to us all, especially my mum. She does not want to return home, she tells me she feels more independent than she has done in years. I have not seen her walk so far in the last 5 years within the week that she has been at eagle view and she surely has a spring in her step and her face says it all, she is laughing and smiling constantly. All the activities that are on offer are excellent and she tells me the food is lovely also. Keep doing what you are all doing i can't thank you enough. I finally can be my mums daughter again instead of her career. And that is a big thankyou to everyone at eagle View!!

We had the task of putting dad into a care home back in January 2025. This is one of the hardest things you have to do as a child, and so daunting. There was however no need to worry. The care that dad received from the minute that he arrived at Eagle View was second to none. He wasn't treated as a resident, he was treated as a member of a family, which is so important when his own family cannot always be there. All of the staff within the home have always welcomed us with open arms, from Management, care staff, admin staff, house keeping, maintenance. Their standards of care have been above and beyond. Dad sadly passed away at the start of April. The compassion, understanding, love and care shown to him up until the day he passed is something that we will treasure as a family and I cannot recommend Eagle View highly enough. Thanks all again - you all really do make a difference.
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. We understand that making the decision to bring your dad into a care home is an incredibly hard and emotional one, and we truly appreciate the trust you placed in our team's ability and compassionate care during such an important time for your...

My mum has been at Eagle View since January 2025 and we are more than happy with everything. The care she receives is amazing. The staff always go the extra mile with everything. Her room flooded after a neighbour blocked the sink a few weeks ago.The management have always kept me informed of what they were doing to rectify the problem. They still weren't happy with her room weeks after the incident happened so.they have advised they have put some new flooring down. They are always doing plenty of activities and have regular singers etc coming in to keep.them entertained. Thank you all at Eagle View.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. It truly means a lot to us to hear how happy you and your mum have been since she joined Eagle View.

Eagle View is one big friendly home. It is clean, warm, bright, welcoming and is a vibe of activity. Where residents are happily engaged in a range of well thought out and well led activities in the lounge, or enjoying their meals in the cosy dining room.
Eagle View's management prioritised my father's health and wellbeing in a way that far exceeded my expectations, they went up and above. They drew on the expertise of a number of external partners to ensure that my father's needs were fully established and met. While all the time taking the care to always consult me and keep me fully informed.
I always feel welcome when I visit my father. When I leave I know I am leaving him with people who treat him like family.
Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and kind reflection on your experience at Eagle View. We are truly touched by your words. Our team takes great pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment for our residents, and it means so much to hear that this is reflected in your...
I spoke to my mother yesterday and she sounded so good. She said she was comfortable at Eagle View, had friends there, and felt that the staff are warm and take very good care of her. While we were talking, a staff member gave her a bag of her favorite crisps, and she said "that's what they do here, they know these are my favorite and sometimes they just bring me some". She was so pleased. Living so far away from her, I am comforted to know that my mother is being so well cared for.
Thank you very much for sharing this with us. Moments like these mean a great deal to us, and we are especially pleased to know that the small, thoughtful gestures-such as bringing her favorite crisps-make her feel happy and valued. We understand how difficult it can be to be far away from a loved...

I cannot praise the care & compassion all staff have shown my Mum since she moved into Eagleview. The home is superbly run, it's clean, the food is varied & nutrious & the staff.....I cannot praise them enough. They are kind, compassionate and patient. They involve all the resident in fun activities (no one is left out) & they also organise trips out. Mum has been to the beach, out for lunch a few times & even visits to the shops. Staff also make time to sit & chat to families & are happy to give updates on their relatives, you are always left feelin reassured your family member is being well cared for. My mum moved into Eagle View Care Home in June 2025 and probably like most families it was difficult time. The staff have been kind, helpful and professional. They have helped my mother settle in. She has commented that the food is "very good" and she has put on 2 kg in weight which was badly needed after her hospital stay. Eagle View is a modern facility and therefore its facilities are good, it is clean and visiting is a positive experience. My mother is a sociable person and I have noticed her mood has improved being in a positive environment and the home has organised trips out. No-one wants to place a relative in a care home but when it becomes essential to protect their wellbeing I think Eagle View is a good option.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We understand how difficult the transition into care can be for both residents and their families, and we're truly grateful for your trust in us during such an important time. It's heartening to hear that your mum is settling in well,...
