Since mum has entered Eagle View she has become more alive and active, she loves all the staff and gets involved in most things. Although she has dementia her health and general well being has improved because of the care and support she receives from the team. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind message. We're absolutely delighted to hear that your mum is feeling more alive and engaged since coming to Eagle View. It's heartwarming to know she's enjoying the activities and connecting well with the team, that's exactly what we strive for every day. Supporting...
Mum has now been a resident at Eagle View for over seven months. As a health care professional, with lots of experience of poor care homes, I was very reluctant for Mum to move in to full time care. Unfortunately living alone with Alzheimer's became untenable, unsafe for Mum and too stressful for my sister and myself to manage.
The move to Eagle View has been an excellent decision. All the staff have been extremely supportive and the few small issues we've had have been dealt with immediately.
Mum's happiest when she's busy and loves all the activities that are regularly arranged.
I would not hesitate to recommend Eagle View.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful words. We understand how challenging it can be for families caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's, and we're glad that Eagle View team has helped bring peace of mind to both you and your sister.Your feedback is a wonderful reflection of the care and...
Can't praise all the staff too highly, Mum has settled in well and always is happy and clean when we visit. They have some marvellous activities for the residents and singers who come in to entertain them which Mum really enjoys. Everywhere is always spotless and clean and all staff are friendly and helpful.
Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. We're truly delighted to hear that your mum has settled in well and is happy when you visit , that's exactly what we strive for.Cleanliness, care, and creating a positive atmosphere are all very important to us, and it's lovely to hear that you've noticed these efforts.Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
My mother was a resident at Eagle View for just over 5 months. Mum had a massive stroke on Easter Monday whilst in Eagle View and died in Eagle View (as per her wishes), 6 days later. The care we received before, during and after her death was outstanding. They let us have use of a bed close by to Mum, brought us snacks and drinks, and this made a lot of difference to us during this very difficult time. All of our needs were met with dignity and respect. All of the staff care deeply for their residents and their families.
We are deeply sorry for your loss and honoured to have had the opportunity to care for your mum during her time at Eagle View.It means a great deal to our team to know that you felt supported and cared for during such a difficult time. We always strive to provide comfort, dignity, and respect to...
My personal opinion is fantastic care home. My mother picked up lots and is very happy here. All the staff are lovely and really caring. All staff do a first class job, lots of activities for residents, Eagle View changed my opinion about care homes, I am so pleased.

My husband has lived at Eagle View for a couple of years as a family we could not wish for anywhere better. The staff are amazing so kind and caring, when you visit you feel welcome and at home. The new activities lady is wonderful, there is so much going on, so much fun for the residents. Eagle View is a happy safe place. The management team are always there to support you.

My uncle has only been in Eagle View for a week. I am very impressed with all the staff and the facilities I attended a residents meeting yesterday and was fully informed of everything going on now and in the future. This was followed up by an email immediately keeping us informed.

From our first enquiry we felt reassured that Eagle View could help us and now, having seen what they have done/are constantly doing for Mum, we cannot praise enough the management and their team. Everyone is friendly and helpful and genuinely cares about mum's wellbeing. Her room is modern and clean and filled with her personal items. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this lovely care home!

I'd been looking after him in his own home for the past two and a half years and it was a great relief to me to feel I could leave him and know how well he was being looked after.

Our mother's 98th birthday celebrations were made really easy for our family and special for us all by the extra special care and consideration given by wonderful staff who once again went above and beyond what we could have asked for. We had only recently learned that relatives are welcome to join their loved ones for a meal and we were delighted that the 6 of us adults would be welcomed for mums birthday dinner. The staff had put up lovely decorations to enhance the event and we sat as a family in the dining room on our own table, with other residents nearby. The meal was excellent and the wonderful chef had gone out of his way not only to provide one vegetarian meal but a fully gluten free sweet for us all which was delicious. We were welcomed to take a special birthday cake for mum and were pleased the other residents could share that with us. The price for the meal was very reasonable, and its presentation and taste excellent. Thank you so very much on behalf of us all.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful message. We're so happy you were able to enjoy the meal together and that the decorations, food, and the special birthday cake added to the celebration. We're also delighted that the chef's efforts to accommodate dietary needs made the meal even more...
I have found the whole experience of visiting my father in law at Eagle View very pleasurable. The room he was given was extremely clean and nicely furnished and the staff from the manager, assistant manager and all the other care assistants have been wonderful. My father is a new resident and has received a warm welcome from all the staff. All the staff have a very caring and warm approach to providing reassurance to my father. The home feels like it is well organised and such a friendly environment. There are lots of activities going on and families are welcome to visit at any time. My wife has been here for 2 plus years now. I am very pleased with her care and support. The care team and management continue to have a positive supported role in the care and continue positive action aimed at the residents' care and well-being. The complex is always kept clean and tidy despite the occasional mishaps - a credit to the cleaning team. Would like to see more activities available upstairs.

The best care home we have visited. Excellent staff, led by a young and dynamic management team. Mum is very well looked after by everyone. Her condition seems to be improving and is well loved and respected. The activities are perfect for her. Food is very good and nutritious with a choice of menu to suit all palates and dietary needs. Rooms and communal areas are always very clean. Neat and tidy. We are very pleased with everything and mum is happy and settled. Highly recommended.

I have been visiting my friend weekly for several years! I have no complaints at all about Eagle View. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to help. Home is always spotlessly clean, and no smells! Hopefully, neither of us will need a care home! However, should that happen there is nowhere better than Eagle View. My friend is always clean, treated with respect, and most importantly with love!
Thank you so much for your kind words and ongoing support. We are delighted to hear that your friend is comfortable at Eagle View. Our team is dedicated to providing the best care and support. Kind regards, Rahi.
