Visiting
- Visitors are welcome to spend time with residents and are encouraged to maintain regular contact with their loved ones. Visiting hours are flexible, allowing friends and family to come at times that suit both the resident and the home’s routine. To ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all residents, visitors may be asked to sign in on arrival and follow any safety or hygiene guidance in place. Large groups and young children are welcome, though it may be requested that visits take place in designated areas to maintain a calm environment for everyone. Pets are often welcome by prior arrangement, as long as they are well-behaved and do not cause distress to residents. If a resident is unwell or receiving end-of-life care, visiting arrangements can be adapted to allow family and close friends more time and privacy. Visitors are encouraged to check with the home team in advance if there are any special requirements or if they wish to arrange a private space for their visit.
Parking
- The care home provides on-site parking for visitors, with spaces located close to the main entrance for ease of access. Designated disabled bays are available for those who require them, ensuring safe and convenient access to the building. During busy periods, spaces may be limited, so visitors are encouraged to allow extra time when arriving. Where overflow parking is provided, clear signage is in place to direct vehicles. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and visitors are asked to use the spaces considerately to ensure availability for others.

Spacious rooms, kept clean and tidy.
Staff helpful, some more assertive than others.
At times residents have to wait too long for assistance.
Facilities/activities been poor due to staff shortages therefore not enough "stimulation"/interaction for residents, at times.
Food on the whole is good but again hit/miss with kitchen staff.
Early days still, but needs more "daily staffing" levels.
Thank you for your review, all feedback is taken constructively especially with only being open for 12 weeks. I would like to reassure you and your mum that we do analyse call bell times every day and monthly via an audit. We have found that 98% of calls are answered in a timely manner and have had...
