As a family we were very unsure about placing Mam into a care home, but Comfort House has put the care and comfort into this home. Mam is well looked after and is given care, respect and love from all staff. I am amazed at how good she is. She has settled, made friends and is eating so well she has put weight on! The staff are always friendly and have made me feel very welcome and part of them, nothing is a problem when I ask. Thank you.

My mother has been a resident at Comfort House for over a year. It took her a while to settle in. The staff are lovely with her, they do lots of activities to keep them going. The residents go out for coffee mornings, they have themed days, lots of parties that involve all the residents. I know my mam is safe in Comfort House.
Thank you for your wonderful review - your lovely feedback will be passed to all our team.
I visit my best friend of 60 years twice a week, and on every occasion, the staff have been very pleasant and helpful. I have no worries and how the patient is well cared for and looked after. The home is a clean and welcoming place, and it puts my mind at ease to know she's taken care of.

Excellent
Thank you for your 5-star review of Comfort House and our team, this will be shared with all our team.
On my visits to Comfort House, I was overwhelmed by the caring, go-to attitude of the staff on duty.
All went out of their way to ensure our requests were carried out.
My only criticism is there were not enough staff were working above and beyond but sadly can't be split in two which is what appears to be expected.
Please review staff to Adult ratios.
Thank you for your lovely review, please be assured that staffing level tools are closely monitored and our Colleague to resident ratios are within staffing guidelines. Your positive feedback about our colleagues will be passed on to the team and will mean a huge amount from a fellow carer. Thank you!
The staff have been very caring and professional. Comfort House is clean and very well-kept. The activities for the residents are fantastic, there is always something on for them. I would definitely recommend Comfort House above and beyond to look after the residents.
Thank you for your lovely words and positive feedback about Comfort House, this will be passed on to the team.
The staff at Comfort House are very friendly and always keep my family and I up to date with my mother's care. There are two members of staff in particular who are always very helpful and know my mother well having worked at Comfort House for some time.
Thank you for your lovely review and kind words, these will be passed to all our Comfort House team.
My father stayed here for three weeks whilst I was away on holiday. He was well cared for and very comfortable during his stay and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. His room was well equipped, clean and comfortable and he was well fed. We were both happy with everything provided and he would be happy to stay here again.
Thank you for your lovely review and feedback that will be passed to our Comfort House team.
My mother has been a resident at Comfort House for approximately 12 months. Our experience has been very good. Most/all residents have cognitive issues and mobility issues, but the staff are very patient and look after them very well. The home is always clean and warm and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, and the home runs many activities for residents.
Thank you for your feedback, which will be passed on to our colleagues.
We've come to visit a relative in Comfort House on several occasions and have always been impressed. The home is genuinely comfortable and feels as much like a personal home as possible. The room is nicely decoration and feels warm and inviting - our relative thinks that they are in a hotel, a very nice hotel - this has made the transition so much easier for them. The thing that stands out about Comfort House though is the staff, they are lovely, they all seem genuinely invested in the residents and are very kind and welcoming to everyone.
Thank you for such a wonderful review, your fantastic feedback will be shared with the team.
Good staff. Lots of interaction between staff and residents. Staff are helpful to visitors also. Residents are encouraged to be out of their rooms during the day which is good.
Thank you for your wonderful review, your feedback will be passed to the team.
Sorry, can't comment on management as new. Mam's room could do with updating. Mam is happy and settled here. Thank you.
Thank you for your review, your comments will be passed to the team.
Kind, friendly staff, always willing to make time to talk to you. My auntie has received excellent care in the short time she has been here and has settled really well.
