Lovely caring, attentive staff. Great location. Dad has dementia and obviously its a real worry when they have to come and live in a care home full time, but he voluntarily (without me asking) tells me he likes it there and that he is well looked after. I really feel that St Anne's is the right place for him.

The decor and furnishings could do with an update but my dad isn't bothered bout that. What's important is the care and that's good here.

Thank you for your review of St Anne's. We understand how much of a concern it can be when a loved one with dementia moves into full-time care, so it's really reassuring to hear that your dad is happy and feels well looked after. We'll make sure your kind words are passed on to the team.

Mum is very well looked after by caring staff. Facilities, food, and activities are all first rate, but most importantly the carers really care. They smile as they welcome us when we visit and communicate well with us about Mum's care. She has good health care supported by the linked GP practice. Such a friendly environment, thank you to all staff.

Mum has been a resident for a few months. The home is a lovely warm and comfortable environment and the staff are always very helpful and friendly and look after her very well. The managers are very good at keeping us informed of how mum is doing. We were so pleased that the home put up decorations and organised some lovely events over Christmas. Mums room is always clean and she enjoys the food. Thankyou very much to all the hardworking staff x

Myself and my family think St. Annes care home is fantastic level of care. People who do care about their residents, keep there mind stimulated and just over all a happy place for my stepdad to be when we struggled to care for him 24hrs a day.

Mum has been a resident for nearly a year now. The entire staff are dedicated to the welfare of the resident. Always friendly an nothing is a problem, also with a smile on many occasions have gone out of there way to reassure and comfort my mother when difficult problems have happened. The food and choice is outstanding. Very clean and tidy. Lovely garden and seating area at the front of the building.

I feel my mother is in safe hands. Thanks again to all staff for making a sad time the best it can be.

Mum has been a resident at St Anne's since March 2025. She has settled so well and is really happy there. All the staff are lovely, they know who you are and who you are visiting and know exactly where mum is every time I go. Mum has made lots of friends there and when we visit she can't get rid of us quickly enough so she can get on with her socialising. She is so much better in herself since living there. Putting Mum in care was such a hard decision but seeing how well she is looked after and the care the staff take of her has totally put my mind at rest. It's like a little family.

Mum settled in quickly and I am impressed with how safe St Annes Care Home feels and how welcome we are made as visitors. Mum clearly likes the food and the coastal location means we can make the most of even short walks outside. She has been there for more than a year now and it is great to see the same staff over and over again, so helpful, friendly and caring and anything we point out gets sorted out.

We sought a respite place for mother that would meet her needs. We were delighted from the outset at the quality of care in all it's diverse dimensions. Staff were always very good humored in dealing with the various demands of our mother. Feedback and information for family was first class and reassuring. We were concerned about medication and health but knew we were leaving mum in very good hands. We would recommend this home to anybody and would not hesitate to return mum to their care in the future.
