My father came to Ashlea Lodge in Nov 16 and he is so happy. The staff are amazing and have really gone the extra mile to look after him. I cannot praise the staff enough and I thank them for making (what could have been a terrible experience) the whole experience extremely pleasant.

Once had my mother in law in Ashlea Lodge. Lovely helpful staff. Told my friend and she has now put her mother in here.

As a current visitor to the home I must commend the management, staff and care providers on the service they give to each individual regarding their care needs. Each member of staff contributes to the good, safe care given in this establishment. On entry the home is bright, odour free, clean and presentable.
I am always made welcome by any member of staff on duty and all staff display a professional attitude towards all in their care. If this is a reflection of care given in all other Orchard homes in the region then keep it up as you will become the top care providers of the future.

After only been in a couple of care homes I felt happy to leave my mother in the care of the home. I was invited in without an appointment to look around and it felt homely and friendly. A friend had also spoken of the care the home had given to his mother. Since my mother has become a resident she
settled within a short time and she finds the staff very kind. I can't thank the staff enough when my mother took ill suddenly, and the prompt way they took charge and got her into hospital.
