The activities are well-planned and provide the opportunity for residents to engage both mentally and physically. Activities range from arts and crafts, music and group exercises, helping the residents to be connected and fulfilled. My mother has been a resident of Bryony Park Nursing Home for twenty months. Over her time at Bryony Park, the care has been consistently excellent. The staff are caring and always keep me informed of any issues. The management is clearly motivated to maintain high-quality care and communication is excellent. I would recommend Bryony Park to any potential service user or relative.

My mam has been a resident for four years at Bryony Park Nursing Home. Throughout this time, she has received first-class care from staff. Everyone goes the extra mile to form a family atmosphere and develop close bonds. The fact that everyone care is obvious to anyone who visits.

I go to Bryony Park Nursing Home twice a week to see my friend's husband and I find it to be clean. The manager is very good and her staff are excellent at their jobs.

My dad was previously in another care home. When he moved into Bryony Park Nursing Home, the staff quickly got to know him and finally, his needs were met. This is all down to the staff who all went above and beyond to look after him. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for him and the family. My dad has very recently died, my only regret is my dad didn't come to live in this home sooner.

I was always impressed by the level of communication from the staff. They kept me updated on my father's progress, shared any concerns, and were always available to answer my questions. It was reassuring to know that he was in such good hands with unwavering dedication and emotional support and selfless acts of kindness and love.

When dad passed away, we all felt the emotion from the staff and kept his dignity throughout his time there and at the end.

My mum moved into Bryony Park in February. It was something, as a family, we never thought would happen but due to her increasing needs and vulnerability, the decision was made. It has been an extremely emotional period for both my mum and me but I’ve found the care and support my mum has received is second to none. Every member of staff, whatever their role, has treated her (and me) with care, respect, compassion and understanding of the magnitude we’ve experienced with the transition from home to full-time care. I feel the staff have quickly understood my mum, the things that make her anxious and upset as well as what makes her happy and more settled and as such, the manager and the care team have been very responsive e.g. suggesting Mum even moves to a room less noisy which has helped with the move. Nothing has been too much, from making her room homely with pictures being put up to providing delicious food. Whilst this was a difficult decision, Bryony has made it as good as it possibly could be.

I rate the home highly and all the staff are great and helpful. Everything you could wish for in a home.

My wife has been in Bryony Care Home for approximately 6 months and we find it very good.

My wife has early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. Bryony Park Nursing Home actually changed their license policy to allow her to be admitted at such a young age (55 when admitted). Although a difficult decision, it is definitely the right one. She is in the most caring and professional residence I could hope for. Every member of staff, from the management team, carers, kitchen staff, cleaners and maintenance team, act in a most professional, friendly and dedicated manner and work tirelessly to ensure my wife has the very best of care. Not only the residents benefit from this home but families and friends are made to feel most welcome and involved. A daily events programme ensures residents are kept active and despite the circumstances, it is always a pleasure to visit. I could not recommend this home more highly and so happy my wife is in the very best of care. Thank you to everyone involved in making sure my wife is looked after.

Very caring community and the nursing staff are second to none.

The nursing care my mum receives at Bryony Park is excellent. The manager, one other staff member in particular and the team are approachable, thoughtful and always welcoming. Their help, support and advice since my mum moved in has been superb. Her room has become her own home, somewhere personal and comfortable. I can sit peacefully beside her and enjoy being near her. I have felt confident and reassured from the very start that my mum is receiving the very best of care. Thank you all.

My husband was in hospital, which did not take very good care of him, but since he went into Bryony Park Nursing Home, he's very settled and eating well. The manager who runs the home and the carers are lovely and friendly and take great care of him.

Very well cared for as the standard set is very high. Residents are very safe and secure. The facilities are excellent. Overall all are from three care homes within a ten-mile radius.
