After a serious stroke and 5 months in a hospital, dad needed to go into nursing care. We chose Bryony Park Nursing Home. We visited and had a good feeling. The manager answered all questions.
Dad's care was spot on! The staff made dad's time there as comfortable as possible, all staff were attentive
and took care of his every need without being able to communicate they seemed to just know.
When dad passed away, we all felt the emotion from the staff and kept his dignity throughout his time there and at the end.

A fantastically managed and inclusive care home. All staff are highly trained and have the highest levels of empathy towards all residents.
The home is clean and modern. There are always activities and entertainment for the residents which is communicated by an events board.
There are regular trips
out where everyone is included. There is a very clear communication policy which includes using an app and emails when necessary.

My mum moved into Bryony Park in February. It was something, as a family, we never thought would happen but due to her increasing needs and vulnerability, the decision was made. It has been an extremely emotional period for both my mum and me but I’ve found the care and support my mum has received is
second to none. Every member of staff, whatever their role, has treated her (and me) with care, respect, compassion and understanding of the magnitude we’ve experienced with the transition from home to full-time care. I feel the staff have quickly understood my mum, the things that make her anxious and upset as well as what makes her happy and more settled and as such, the manager and the care team have been very responsive e.g. suggesting Mum even moves to a room less noisy which has helped with the move. Nothing has been too much, from making her room homely with pictures being put up to providing delicious food. Whilst this was a difficult decision, Bryony has made it as good as it possibly could be.

My wife has early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. Bryony Park Nursing Home actually changed their license policy to allow her to be admitted at such a young age (55 when admitted). Although a difficult decision, it is definitely the right one. She is in the most caring and professional residence I could
hope for. Every member of staff, from the management team, carers, kitchen staff, cleaners and maintenance team, act in a most professional, friendly and dedicated manner and work tirelessly to ensure my wife has the very best of care. Not only the residents benefit from this home but families and friends are made to feel most welcome and involved. A daily events programme ensures residents are kept active and despite the circumstances, it is always a pleasure to visit. I could not recommend this home more highly and so happy my wife is in the very best of care. Thank you to everyone involved in making sure my wife is looked after.

My dad has been a resident at Bryony Park Nursing Home since May 2023.
The staff are a fantastic bunch, very helpful and approachable, who make time for you, even if they haven't got time!
Bryony Park put on loads of activities for the residents and relatives and Dad has improved hugely since taking
part in the activities.
Very caring community and the nursing staff are second to none.

The nursing care my mum receives at Bryony Park is excellent. The manager, one other staff member in particular and the team are approachable, thoughtful and always welcoming. Their help, support and advice since my mum moved in has been superb. Her room has become her own home, somewhere personal and
comfortable. I can sit peacefully beside her and enjoy being near her. I have felt confident and reassured from the very start that my mum is receiving the very best of care. Thank you all.

My husband was in hospital, which did not take very good care of him, but since he went into Bryony Park Nursing Home, he's very settled and eating well. The manager who runs the home and the carers are lovely and friendly and take great care of him.

Very experienced staff, professional, catering to the needs of my family member. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Bryony is very clean, residents have dignity. Very well cared for as the standard set is very high. Residents are very safe and secure. The facilities are excellent. Overall all are
from three care homes within a ten-mile radius. Bryony Park sets the standard for very poorly loved family members. Thank you.

After doing lots of research on nursing homes in the area, Bryony Park Nursing Home came out tops. I'm so pleased to have my mum in here as the care is second to none. The staff are very caring and professional and feel like extended family. I can rest easy now that I know my mum is in a safe, clean
and caring home.

This is a professionally run nursing home. All the staff are well trained, friendly and excellent in the warmth and helpfulness at all times. My wife has been in their care for some 3.5 years and never had one complaint.

I have been overwhelmed by the standards of care and the kindness of the staff. Without them, I would not have made such a speedy recovery. Covid has been difficult, staff wearing PPE. few events. The only partially negative commend is the food, difficult to ensure 5 a day, however, kitchen has been
great to offer alternatives to the set menu.

My mum spent the last 3 years at Bryony park. During this time the staff were outstanding. Showing respect and compassion to my mum and also to her relatives. Such a busy place but nothing was ever too much trouble. I was reluctant for mum to go into care, however, once there everything from her personal
care, mental health and her overall wellbeing was attended to. Palliative care is not easy but Bryony Park dealt with our situation brilliantly. I cannot thank all the staff enough and especially the deputy manager.

My mam was a resident at Bryony Park for only three weeks but in that time received the highest standard of care and palliative therapy possible. All the staff showed the most amazing compassion and respect and were so aware of moms needs as an individual, not just a patient. I will be forever grateful
to Brony Park for their care, concern and consideration shown to mum and my whole family. Thank you is not enough!

In my opinion, the manager and all the staff at Bryony Park Nursing Home are wonderful. The care they have provided my dad has been nothing short of outstanding. The manner in which they have kept the family in touch with Dad throughout the pandemic has been exceptional and the advice and support provided
has been marvellous. The staff are all so caring, we could not thank them enough. I would not hesitate in recommending Bryony Park Nursing Home to anyone.
