In July 2020 we had to make the difficult decision for our lovely Dad to go into nursing care. For us it was an agonising decision to have to make, made all the more challenging by the pandemic. However, ALL the staff at Bryony Park were wonderful and looked after dad with tenderness, compassion and
dignity throughout his 9 months with them. They went the ‘extra mile’ to make dad feel looked after and loved with special little touches (like the crocheted blanket for his knees and the birthday cake & candles). He received excellent nursing care, and became part of the Bryony ‘family’. The communication from the home to the family was excellent and we were kept clearly informed about every detail of his care. Being unable to visit Dad during the most difficult weeks of the pandemic was extremely upsetting and challenging, but the staff helped us to stay in contact with him using regular video calls. I would highly recommend Bryony Park - a lovely care home with a big heart. Thank you.

My husband spent the last 9 weeks of hios life in Bryony Park, where he was treated with love, dignity and a sense of humour. I could not have chosen a nicer nursing home. It is a huge decision entrusting your loved one with strangers, but my decision was rewarded with the love you feel on entering

My father-in-law was a resident at Bryony Park for 18 months until he sadly passed away. As a family, we found the home to be first-class,e it is well designed, spacious and tastefully decorated. The facilities are very good. However, we found that what made the Bryony special were it's staff, the nursing,
caring and domestic staff are genuinely caring, thoughtful and respectful. Care and support from all staff is excellent and the management team are equally responsive and caring. Activities are varied and well planned.

I and the family have been nothing short of delighted with the care which my mother has received since she arrived at Bryony Park last August. The wonderful care is always given with compassion, warmth and attention to detail always with a smile and reassuring professionalism not only to my mother but

My mother was in Bryony Park Nursing Home for the last eight weeks of her life. It is the most incredible place, and the staff are second to none. They were not only management/carers etc they became friends to all our family, and treat my mother with respect and dignity.
I would one-million per-cent
recommend this lovely home.

This care home is perfect for my mother's needs - the care is second to none - always plenty of staff around. I'm updated on a daily basis on my mother's condition. The manager's door is always open for a chat. There's never any problem which gives me peace of mind knowing that my mother is safe and

My wife came into the home straight from hospital where she had been treated for a broken hip. Everyone in the home has been very kind and her treatment has been excellent. I couldn't have wished for a better place of her. Although she is not able to get involved in any of the activities because of
her health, the place is full of stimulating activities provided by excellent staff. I couldn't ask for a better place for my wife to spend her last days.

My mother was looked after here. To describe this home in one word is outstanding. But one word is not enough. It was like my Mam was part of a big family. I could not find one thing wrong. The care staff were out of this world, the love and affection that was shown to her.
Everyone at this home from
management, nurses, domestics, chefs. They are angels on earth, I would recommend it 1000%.

My Dad was well looked after at Bryony Park. The carers ensured he got plenty of fluids and food and spent time giving him these as it could take quite some time to feed him. He was very comfortable and they kept him safe until the end of his life. Thank you very much to the very caring and professional

Bryony Park is run very efficiently by management and all the staff appear to be part of this procedure. Whilst I visit most days for approximately three hours, I have not seen a problem with understaffing.
All staff are friendly and obliging with any requests I have on behalf of my mother.

From the first day dad came into Bryony Park he has been very happy and settled. The staff have all been excellent and very caring, giving him the care and attention he requires. My mother has a very rare and complex neurological condition that has impacted enormously on her standard of life. She has endured so much with even the most difficult tasks becoming impossible. Mam has had carers at home and admittance to a care home - neither of which were caring or understanding.
Bryony Park is so wonderfully different. They have shown understanding of her needs, a willingness to learn about the condition and are extremely attentive. Mam is more at peace and my family feel reassured by the treatment/care she's getting.

I cannot have asked for a better care home for my Uncle. The staff are so caring and helpful in whatever you ask them to do. They are always pleasant when you walk in, make the place a happy place to be.

My wife is a resident and has settled very well, finding the help and comfort she needs to suit her 24 hour care situation. The care staff are very attentive and respond to her requests for assistance without delay. They also provide a listening ear when she is down and without company. The nursing
staff has been invaluable and she has immense faith and knows they do their utmost to make her comfortable. The kitchen provides meals to her taste and needs. My family and I feel she is in the best place possible and thank all concerned for their commitment.

Our mam spent the last month of her life at Bryony Park. She was totally against going into a nursing home. I looked around and Bryony Park was my first choice for our mam's nursing care as it has good reviews and excellent recommendations from friends. When Mam settled in she looked happier than
she had in a long time. We believe this was because of the excellent care she received. The staff were efficient at looking after her needs but also caring and affectionate towards her, chatted, joked and spent time with her. She came to the home after 2 months in hospital looking somewhat unkempt and within a day looked beautiful and even had her nails manicured. We left Mam each day without a moment's worry, knowing her care was second to none. A week before she died we asked Mam if she wanted to go back to her own home. Her response, "No, I'm happy here. They take good care of me here and the girls are lovely". We couldn't ask for more.

It is a warm, welcoming place where residents are made very comfortable and are given excellent standards of care and attention.

Gran has always been exceptionally well cared for. She always looks very smart and has her hair cut and styled. The home makes a huge effort to decorate the home in a style suitable and enjoyed by the residents. When Gran was able to get out of bed she was taken on day trips which looked great. The
