Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I have been unable to visit my mother due to the care home being closed to visitors since 16th March. However, the staff have done everything possible to make sure the residents are kept safe and well. They also involved the residents in activities every day to keep their morale up. We have been kept informed by FaceBook and video calls every week. It was Mam's 99th Birthday and the staff helped mam open cards and presents. She was delighted when they gave her a lovely birthday cake. They sent me a video of Mam blowing her candles out. We also saw Mama through the coffee shop window.

The care and love given by the staff at Highcliffe Care Home to the residents is exceptional and this is the main reason why I feel so settled that Mam is being well looked after. She is extremely happy here.

The staff are so helpful, approachable also friendly. They go far and beyond for the care of the residents, keeping all residents happy. There is never a dull moment as they sing, dance, pamper, play bingo, and the list goes on. Amazing care and support for my mother; she is well fed and watered, also clean and showered every day. All her clothes are hew own and named, so they are not mixed up. Clean beds and carpets - everything is immaculate. This home doesn't smell at all. Simply the best for my mam and residents. Staff have been amazing through covid-19, allowed people to see relatives through the window, safe distance.

Excellent care. Staff second to none, so helpful and caring. Nothing too much trouble. Always clean, bright and no smells. Lovely given the chance to visit Mom in the garden. All sanitising steps are taken. Wish Dad, who is an EMI resident could stay at this home.

I visited the home to see a family friend and was greeted with smiles and laughter. I see staff taking time out of their day to sit and interact with the residents. This was during meal times and the food was well presented and looked beautiful. Rooms are well looked after and staff can't do enough for residents and visitors.

My mam has been in Highcliffe for just over 3 years now and I couldn't ask for better care.
The home itself is kept immaculate and the staff are brilliant with all the residents.
The effort they go to to keep them entertained is fabulous.

I have already recommended the home to others and will continue to as I can't fault it in any way.

Since arriving at the care home, I have enjoyed every minute of it. There is plenty of entertainment to enjoy, there is craftwork, flower arrangments and plenty of other things to do.

I have mixed in with a lot of other residents. I get on great with the staff as well, they are always there to assist to all your needs and to sit and chat to you when you need someone else to talk to.
