I visit an aunt who is now a resident. She raves about how good the staff are, how helpful and how good the food is. I have found all staff to be friendly, clean, very helpful. I can't comment on activities, safety too well, as I am not there all the time, but there are posters advertising upcoming events. Good atmosphere and morale with the staff.

The care that Queens Meadow has shown my dad is brilliant. I'm extremely happy with how easy they have made his move. I'm very happy with the quality of care. I would definitely recommend to others.

Only issue I have is that not enough staff on duty at any one time. Lounge is used as a dumping ground with no supervision of residents.

Since my mum entered QMCH we have all been delighted with the kindness and care our mum has received. Without exception, the carers have treated mum with the utmost respect and shown her great patience and appreciation.

They have always been kind and considerate with all members of the family which have really helped to make a difficult situation more bearable. We will be eternally grateful to them all.

I have always found that all staff are friendly, the standard of the dress code is maintained to a high level. The residents are well looked after, food smells and looks delicious.

The only bad comment is I think that a laundry assistant would be beneficial to the care home.

My mother has been in Queens Meadow for 2 years now. We are extremely happy with the care and support that she is given. The staff are caring, friendly and very efficient. I like the fact that Queens Meadow seems to keep their staff as there has been little change in the time my mother has lived there. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone that needed care. Well done.

My sister came into care six months ago after six weeks in hospital after a fall. In this time, she has gained weight and has settled really well. She is on good terms with the staff and other residents. My sister's daughter and myself are happy with the care and companionship she receives and feel we can approach staff with any enquiries.

Food is not very good. The food I feel is not very suitable for the age range that lives here e.g spaghetti hoop and burgers...

The staff are brilliant and friendly.

Whilst my mother has been a resident of Queens Meadow she has been extremely well cared for. The staff have been genuinely caring towards her. Every time we visit they are pleasant and kind to us and we can relax knowing that my mother is comfortable and cared for.

My mum has lived in Queens Meadow Care Home for 18 months. Apart from the very odd occasion when a certain member of staff has come across a bit grumpy, I have never heard any of the staff be anything but lovely.
Mum can be a bit of a challenge sometimes with her personal care, but I have no problems at all with the care she receives from here.

I am always kept up to date with any issues or problems they may have.
