Sheraton Court Care Home

The home itself is decorated to a very high standard with very good furniture. We particularly like the lounge, very restful and we like how it has a fire and mantelpiece with comfy chairs. Food is very good. Staff, on the whole, are very good and most seem to go the extra mile. What I think would be helpful is a board with who wears what uniform, like they do in hospitals. Also, clocks around the building would be helpful, particularly the kind that tell what day it is and whether it's morning or afternoon. I got my mam one for £15- it's a boon as it's difficult for her to track the days. There was plenty of activities before Xmas but there doesn't seem to be a lot going on on a regular basis. I think physical sessions would be good to help with mobility.

My worries and concerns for my mother have disappeared overnight and definitely, I can get on with my life and spend quality time with my mother instead of shopping, cleaning etc. Look forward to my next visit.

I am writing this review to express my delight and relief at finding my mother a care home of such high standard. My mother moved into Sheraton Court at very short notice and the process was made as stress-free and efficiently as possible in such upsetting circumstances. The manager and her staff showed my mother and all the family nothing but professionalism, courtesy and kindness. My family can all relax now, knowing that our mother will be looked after in a caring and safe environment, in beautiful surroundings. The building throughout is of an exceptional standard and the cleanliness and tasteful decor have exceeded our expectations.

Very pleased with the service and staff. Loves the food and activities available. Trips out are enjoyable and he does not want to leave, very happy here.

My aunty moved in about 5 weeks ago and settled in very quickly. This happened due to the friendly and caring attitude from the staff and management. She now regards this as her permanent home. From the family point of view, we are confident in her care and well being which makes things more relaxed for us.

My mother resides at Sheraton Court. She is very happy, it's a great place, nice staff and she's well looked after. I would recommend it to anyone.

Mam's care has been excellent. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

I am very settled. The treatment I am getting at present is what I need and I only have to ask. The home is very pleasant. Staff are very nice and caring and wish I had the patience they have.

I'm very happy and if you are happy you will stop. Carers are smashing and I will speak as I find. I feel Sheraton is my home now.
