The staff here at Sheraton Court are very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay and I would gladly stay again. The food is so tasty and easy for me to eat, as I have a problem chewing and swallowing, but no problem here.

We came to visit Sheraton Court once we knew mum needed 24-hour care. We were shown around the whole building and the organisation of the home was explained to us. We were immediately impressed by the quality of the individual ensuite rooms and the communal areas. I particularly liked that residents
were encouraged to use the dining room for meals and mix well with other people. Staff are kind and considerate and well trained. They work hard to give people the best experience. Food is very good. Not sure of all staff names and roles and how far residents are encouraged in activities. Overall, we are very pleased mum is here.

The home itself is decorated to a very high standard with very good furniture. We particularly like the lounge, very restful and we like how it has a fire and mantelpiece with comfy chairs. Food is very good. Staff, on the whole, are very good and most seem to go the extra mile. What I think would be
helpful is a board with who wears what uniform, like they do in hospitals. Also, clocks around the building would be helpful, particularly the kind that tell what day it is and whether it's morning or afternoon. I got my mam one for £15- it's a boon as it's difficult for her to track the days. There was plenty of activities before Xmas but there doesn't seem to be a lot going on on a regular basis. I think physical sessions would be good to help with mobility.

I have only had my mother in Sheraton Court for 2 days and it is a fantastic place. We feel so lucky to be able to visit my mother in such a lovely warm, friendly and professional place. We were welcomed on our first day by lovely staff and the manager is a fab person. It feels like I've known her forever
and it's only my second day of visiting. haha!
My worries and concerns for my mother have disappeared overnight and definitely, I can get on with my life and spend quality time with my mother instead of shopping, cleaning etc. Look forward to my next visit.

I am writing this review to express my delight and relief at finding my mother a care home of such high standard. My mother moved into Sheraton Court at very short notice and the process was made as stress-free and efficiently as possible in such upsetting circumstances. The manager and her staff showed
my mother and all the family nothing but professionalism, courtesy and kindness. My family can all relax now, knowing that our mother will be looked after in a caring and safe environment, in beautiful surroundings. The building throughout is of an exceptional standard and the cleanliness and tasteful decor have exceeded our expectations.

My aunty moved in about 5 weeks ago and settled in very quickly. This happened due to the friendly and caring attitude from the staff and management. She now regards this as her permanent home. From the family point of view, we are confident in her care and well being which makes things more relaxed
for us.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
