The residents are well cared for and their medication is issued as far as possible at the right time and issued in a time period as if taken at home. For me, it does get a bit noisy at times but considering the needs of some residents, I suppose that this cannot be avoided.

Sheraton Court is a home from home with activities to suit individual needs, food is variety for every taste at each meal time. Staff go out of their way to help with any problems if day staff can't sort it out the management will. Any problems are sorted asap.

The staff here at Sheraton Court are very friendly and helpful. This is my second stay and I would gladly stay again. The food is so tasty and easy for me to eat, as I have a problem chewing and swallowing, but no problem here.

Feeling safe and secure is priority at my age (91). The care staff have become my extended family and as such, help and assistance is first class.

We came to visit Sheraton Court once we knew mum needed 24-hour care. We were shown around the whole building and the organisation of the home was explained to us. We were immediately impressed by the quality of the individual ensuite rooms and the communal areas. I particularly liked that residents were encouraged to use the dining room for meals and mix well with other people. Staff are kind and considerate and well trained. They work hard to give people the best experience. Food is very good. Not sure of all staff names and roles and how far residents are encouraged in activities. Overall, we are very pleased mum is here.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:
