Sheraton Court Care Home

I know carers have a lit do do but these small details make a hugh difference.

My grandmother has been a resident for a couple of years now and we are very happy with her care, she's very happy here too

Dad moved in a few weeks ago. This place has surpassed our expectations. It's great Manager & receptionist are superb.

I am extremly impressed with the care and environment at Sheraton. Both my father & I find all the staff friendly + caring. The home is immaculate; furnishings & decor. My father enjoys all his meals & is very happy here. I am especially impressed with the mornings & afternoon entertainment together with additional shows put on to entertain the residents. Summer fayre was fabulous. I love the lounge with little clusters rather than around the room chairs

My sister gets the best care I could wish for. There is always something going on and they include me to. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and caring. They look after my mother-in-law very well. 10 out of 10. They go the extra mile for family and residents. Always have things to do for residents and family.

We can't thank all the staff enough, every one from the cleaners right up to the admin staff, they are simply brilliant at what they do, even though they get some challenging situations which I've witnessed, they all come through with a very professional approach, thanks to all.

Finding the right place for a loved one with dementia is never easy, but Shearton Court has truly become a home for my mother-in-law. Although she struggles with long-term memories, she clearly knows where she belongs and has accepted Shearton Court as her home. That reassurance means everything to us as a family.

She often tells us how safe she feels, how well she is cared for, and how much she enjoys the food. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate, and she regularly speaks about how much she likes them. Their support has made a real difference to her quality of life.

What stands out most is that even when we take her out, she asks to be brought "home" for tea because she enjoys it there so much. That simple request says more than anything else-we know she is happy, comfortable, and truly cared for.

My mum has been a resident of Sheraton Court for over two years now and we're still very happy with the care, staff are so caring and helpful, always plenty of activities and we're kept informed of any health issues promptly.

In view of our friends care. We have no issues with Sheraton Court at all. The carers are fab with her. Shame there aren't more younger residents. But she is okay with everyone there she is looked after very well. Thanks to the amazing staff.

My mum has been a resident for four months and has settled in well. Her room is comfortable and well maintained. The staff are friendly and approachable, and her care is excellent. The food is varied, well cooked and suited to her needs. The activities at the home are many and varied to provide opportunities for residents to mix with other residents and visitors. The overall feeling is positive, cheerful, with friendly and willing staff.

Sheraton Court is an amazing care home. My mam has recently spent just under a year here and we have found the manager amazing and so helpful. All the staff have been outstanding and have made my mam's stay feel like she is part of a family. They all genuinely care for residents, it's clear it's not just a job to them. Whilst my mam was on end of life care, staff looked after us too. I have recommended SC to everyone I know thinking of going into care or for their family.

What a wonderful care home this place is. My mother has had a fall and needs care, and has been taken care of by all the staff. The carers are all friendly and caring. The rest of the staff are also and all desereve a medal. The accommodation is clear and does not have a 'smell', so five stars should be awarded. My hope is that mam gets to stay. Mam enjoys the food and is going to do some activities once she feels better.

From stepping in to Sheraton Court we were all made to feel very welcome - we did plan on a short stay but due to circumstances my friend stayed till she gained her wings. From the ladies on reception to every single member of staff we met they were all fab. They took the time to not ony care but listen and talk and we became part of one amazing family. From stepping foot in the door to our fairwell I couldn't of asked for better people looking after my friend. Thank you all.

The staff at Sheraton Court are amazing. They provided amazing care to my Nana & the care & support they offered the family helped us to cope at a very difficult time. The care home is also so clean & well kept. All staff were friendly & made us feel at home while we were here. They provided care which was dignified & were so caring to my nana we couldn't have asked for more.

The care and dedication of the staff here is second to none! The building, the facilities, the rooms are all excellent. The residents are treated with the utmost care and dignity - I don't know how they do it! I don't know what they get paid but it isn't enough so consider that where possible. If I or my parents ended up at Sheraton Court I know they would be in safe hands! Thank you all and God bless xxx

I have to say staff always show kindness, care and support to my mother she feels happy and safe which I find very important. I can only thank the staff for caring for my dear mother. Kind regards.
