Located on the outskirts of the lovely town of Hartlepool, Sheraton Court Care Home offers personalised residential and residential dementia care to older people, rated 'Good' by the CQC with 'Outstanding' in Caring (July 2023).

The friendly and comfortable home offers a place for residents to relax, unwind and socialise with friends and family. This home offers lovely en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, and a wellbeing programme which helps residents to maintain their hobbies, learn new hobbies and to have opportunities to engage with the local community.

Mam has been in Sheraton Court for 18 months now, after suffering a stroke which left her unable to live independently. And as a family, we cannot express our thanks to the staff enough, for their dedicated care and attention and their continued support, especially over the last few days when mams condition
deteriorated. I would recommend Sheraton Court 100% to anyone looking for a care home for their relatives. Keep up the good work everyone.

My mum has been living in Sheraton Court Care Home for almost a year now. She is very happy here, the care is so good, activities are plenty and she takes part in almost all of them. The staff all treat residents with such kindness and dignity and the home has a lovely atmosphere. We made the right
decision for mum to go here as we feel she has thrived.

The level of care my mum received during her stay at Sheraton Court, Hartlepool was outstanding. To see the love shown to her by all of the staff left us in awe as to how they continued day in, and day out to maintain that level of care.
It takes special people to create the special environment that
has been created at Sheraton and it's been comforting to know Mum sent her last weeks on earth amongst such wonderful human beings. Thank you from all of our family.

We cannot fault for the care that our mum received during her three-month stay. Everyone was so kind. Mum was on end of life care for the last tend days and the staff couldn't have been kinder. So gentle, coming in to see her when finishing or starting shifts, phoning in on their days off. They also
looked after all the family as we stayed with Mum night and day. Regular drinks and food and checking how we were. Thank you isn't enough.

Absolutely abysmal treatment during my mum's week long stay for rehabilitation. She was supposed to have 2 weeks but after numerous incidents, we couldn't wait to get her out. Had to fight for her pain medication, resorting to contacting social care to get involved. Had to fight for everything really,
basic holistic care doesn't seem to exist here. Issues raised with the manager but not entirely convinced were taken seriously despite reassurances. Would absolutely not recommend and am considering taking matters further.

My mother moved into Sheraton Court on the 29th of May. She has settled in really well and is very happy there and says it is a good place to live. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to her which has helped her feel at ease in her new home. The care and kindness she is shown are greatly appreciated

My mother has been a resident for approximately three years and my brother and I visit weekly. We have always found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. We are always informed promptly of any medical issues. The rooms (bedroom, dining, TV etc.) are always in a clean and tidy condition. We have
sampled the food and found it very tasty, tea and biscuits are provided from a trolley several times a day. We are fortunate that our mother is being looked after in Sheraton Court.

Sheraton Court has looked after my mother-in-law for a long time. She was very well cared for and was very well looked after. Good food and great care. All staff were superb. The only very slight criticism would be the parking was sometimes very tricky. Thank you.

Mam has been at Sheraton Court for nearly 5 years and Mam has had the most wonderful care. It is good to know she is treated and cared for like a family member here. She is now sadly on end-of-life care. Now the staff are not only caring for her but they are sensitive and attentively caring for us too.
Put 'satisfactory' for value for money only because we don't think the carers are paid enough. How much profit is paid to the carer?

After 5 years of care, Mam is now at end-of-life care. I can't talk highly enough of the staff. They have been incredibly compassionate and caring to both Mam and our family. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. They dissolve the salary of a footballer working in such difficult circumstances.
During Mam's 5 years at Sheraton Court, she has always been looked after to the highest standards.

Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:
