Located on the outskirts of the lovely town of Hartlepool, Sheraton Court Care Home offers personalised residential and residential dementia care to older people, rated 'Good' by the CQC with 'Outstanding' in Caring (July 2023).

The friendly and comfortable home offers a place for residents to relax, unwind and socialise with friends and family. This home offers lovely en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, and a wellbeing programme which helps residents to maintain their hobbies, learn new hobbies and to have opportunities to engage with the local community.

The home is clean, the staff and management are friendly and helpful. They do seem to go the extra mile to get the residents to interact together, overall it seems to be a well-run and professionally managed care home.

From the very first visit, being shown around Sheraton Court Care Home, I was very impressed. There is a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very caring and kind. The level of care is wonderful. There is always something for residents to engage in, outings, exercises, bingo, etc, also trips out to the
shops. My mom's needs have been met, and I know she is safe and happy.

My ad lives at Sheraton Court. Since he moved in here, his health and mental health have improved immensely. The staff are always smiling and happy to help when needed. The home is always clean and tidy. My dad is always clean and tidy.
I would recommend Sheraton Court to anybody.

We are so happy and grateful that my mum is being well cared for by the lovely staff at Sheraton Court. Not only are the staff caring, kind and gentle with my mum and other residents, but are very considerate of the resident's families. Nothing is too much bother. Even though my brother lives close
by, I live approx 300 miles away from my mum and only get to see her three times a year. Every time I visit, my mum is clean, smart and seems happy enough. Her room is immaculate, and she has all her personal items around her. Over Christmas, we wanted to take my mum out for lunch, but she was scared to get into my care, so the manager kindly arranged for a member of staff to bring my mum along in a minibus. We are so grateful for this. Thank you all.

My sister has been very happy and well looked after since moving into Shearton Court. The staff and manager are so polite and happy to help anytime. It's a fantastic home - very clean and a happy environment. There are plenty of activities for all residents to do.

Extremely clean and caring environment. The manager is absolutely fantastic, and the staff follow her example as kind, caring and understanding persons. All staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist with anything needed.

My mother has been in Sheraton Court for three years, and I have found the home and staff very good in all aspects. The home is modern and clean, with TV lounges, and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

My sister-in-law was accepted into Sheraton Court in July 2022. She is well looked after, is extremely settled and happy, and wants for nothing. Sheraton Court is managed to a high standard. The staff are well trained and very caring and compassionate. The meals are well prepared for everyone's needs,
and has all different kinds of activities on a daily basis to keep her active.

My father-in-law came in at a time when we needed extra support, and in his time here, he has been treated with dignity and respect. The care he has needed has been provided, and the family have been kept informed and supplied with refreshments. Everyone was cared for.
Unfortunately, a short time
after admission, he required palliative care, and this was provided in a sensitive and timely fashion.

I would just like to say how brilliant and caring the staff have been with my dad, who sadly passed away on the 7th November 2022. I got a call from Sheraton Court - Dad was poorly and they were waiting for an ambulance. Dad has dementia and when I arrived at Sheraton, I found carers amazing with Dad. Trying to coax him into going to hospital. Dad was very confused. All carers and management were great with Dad.

Sheraton Court Care Home is a fantastic care home, my mam came into this home at the age of 99 and the staff have always been so amazing. The quality of care is first-class and we are reassured that Mam is getting well looked after with the 24-hour care that she deserves.

My mum could not be in a better place than Sheraton Court Care Home. She came in in April 2022, aged 99, needing 24-hour care and she could not have better care. The staff are warm and caring and the care home itself homely and welcoming. Food is excellent. We could not ask for more.

I can only say good things about Sheraton Court. My mum came to live here in March, and she is so well looked after. The staff are lovely, from the manager right down to the cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff; they are helpful and very friendly. She has thrived since coming here
to live, and I know she is very well looked after, so I don't worry about her like I used to - she is happy!

She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
