Our Dad is very happy and content at Sheraton Court. He receives excellent care with all his needs being met. The home has a lovely atmosphere, warm and welcoming with fantastic facilities. The staff are wonderful and have been very helpful. We would definitely recommend Sheraton Court.

My Aunt has been in Sheraton Court since January 2023 and has settled in very well with the added care and safety, she has come on very well even putting weight on. I'm very happy with the staff, they go the extra mile for the residents, always trying to get everyone involved with activities. Everyone is friendly and helpful and happy to interact with residents.

This care home is excellent. It's very clean, well cared for and staff are very helpful. I would recommend this care home to anyone who needs caring for.

Our family loves to visit our aunt at Sheraton Court. We know she is safe, well fed and happy. All the staff are lovely, not enough of them though.

The only issue we have had is that things getting taken from his room by other residents. The staff are very helpful at trying to return them but it does really upset him.

We wanted to see one of our mum's friends, we had travelled a long way, and the care home was so accommodating. They organised for us to have lunch in the pod in the garden to give us some privacy, and it was such a lovely catch-up. Lunch was lovely, the staff were very friendly, and all of them couldn’t do enough for us. It was so clean and tidy, and our mum's friend's room was lovely and had all she needed. We know she’s in good hands and very well looked after.

My stay has been good for me, the rest and physio were good. The staff were excellent and the food was good. The accommodation was very clean and visiting times were very accommodating.

My Mam has been at Sheraton Court for nearly three years. The home and the staff are fantastic. The staff are very caring and have helped Mam one hundred per cent. She is settled and wants for nothing. We wouldn't wish for her to be anywhere else. Thank you for all your hard work everyone.

The home is clean, the staff and management are friendly and helpful. They do seem to go the extra mile to get the residents to interact together, overall it seems to be a well-run and professionally managed care home.

From the very first visit, being shown around Sheraton Court Care Home, I was very impressed. There is a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very caring and kind. The level of care is wonderful. There is always something for residents to engage in, outings, exercises, bingo, etc, also trips out to the shops. My mom's needs have been met, and I know she is safe and happy.

We are so happy and grateful that my mum is being well cared for by the lovely staff at Sheraton Court. Not only are the staff caring, kind and gentle with my mum and other residents, but are very considerate of the resident's families. Nothing is too much bother. Even though my brother lives close by, I live approx 300 miles away from my mum and only get to see her three times a year. Every time I visit, my mum is clean, smart and seems happy enough. Her room is immaculate, and she has all her personal items around her. Over Christmas, we wanted to take my mum out for lunch, but she was scared to get into my care, so the manager kindly arranged for a member of staff to bring my mum along in a minibus. We are so grateful for this. Thank you all.

My sister has been very happy and well looked after since moving into Shearton Court. The staff and manager are so polite and happy to help anytime. It's a fantastic home - very clean and a happy environment. There are plenty of activities for all residents to do.

Extremely clean and caring environment. The manager is absolutely fantastic, and the staff follow her example as kind, caring and understanding persons. All staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist with anything needed.

The care home is the best I have ever experienced. The carers and managers are so kind and professional in their care and the way they treat family members. I have actually applied for a job here and would be proud to be part of one of the HC-One teams.

My mother has been in Sheraton Court for three years, and I have found the home and staff very good in all aspects. The home is modern and clean, with TV lounges, and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

My sister-in-law was accepted into Sheraton Court in July 2022. She is well looked after, is extremely settled and happy, and wants for nothing. Sheraton Court is managed to a high standard. The staff are well trained and very caring and compassionate. The meals are well prepared for everyone's needs, and has all different kinds of activities on a daily basis to keep her active.
