The friendly and comfortable home offers a place for residents to relax, unwind and socialise with friends and family. This home offers lovely en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, and a wellbeing programme which helps residents to maintain their hobbies, learn new hobbies and to have opportunities to engage with the local community.

My mum could not be in a better place than Sheraton Court Care Home. She came in in April 2022, aged 99, needing 24-hour care and she could not have better care. The staff are warm and caring and the care home itself homely and welcoming. Food is excellent. We could not ask for more.

From entering Sheraton Court Care Home in April 2022 I thought it was a warm and welcoming environment. The staff seemed very caring and reassuring and always been accommodating and keeping myself and my two sisters fully informed on the care of our Mam.

I can only say good things about Sheraton Court. My mum came to live here in March, and she is so well looked after. The staff are lovely, from the manager right down to the cleaners. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff; they are helpful and very friendly. She has thrived since coming here
to live, and I know she is very well looked after, so I don't worry about her like I used to - she is happy!

My sister was placed in Sheraton Court for two weeks and three days of respite care. The excellent care home is made so by the high calibre of staff, be they carers/management/administrators and the laundry.
None of these are easy roles, but we found that the utmost care and respect were given, and
ensuring for even a short time, my sister was feeling cared for (as well as myself), especially during some challenging moments.
Strong connections were made with top-floor staff, admin and reception, and the well-being coordinator is a treasure! Thank you so much.

Staff have been amazing - going, what felt, that extra mile when dealing with my dad's end-of-life care! All staff were lovely, but some we gelled with, even more, especially the carers who did his overnight care.

Having only visited my sister five or six times over the past week thinking everything regarding her care was satisfactory. My opinion changed drastically today (Sunday 28th August) upon finding my sister still in bed at 11 am; she had been there unattended, with no breakfast, no fresh water, no hygiene,
curtains were still closed, so it was obvious that no one had been in the room to check on her at all. Her daughter arrived at about 11.30 and was appalled. Please make sure this does not happen again.

Sheraton Court staff have been absolutely amazing at this time. My dad has been in hospital and returned to the home on palliative care. The staff couldn't do any more for my father if they tried. The care and attention of staff have been 100 per cent. Amazing, Sheraton Court!

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
