The staff and management have helped to make my dad's transition from independent living to assisted care flawless. All the staff are very caring and have the patient's best interest at heart. The facilities are lovely. My dad is very happy at Sheration Court.

Very thorough when caring for my grandad.

I was very pleased with how I was treated. How I now know the way you're treated. I have no worries about going back. The meals are very nice, and I felt safe. The carers are very nice to everybody. They like making you laugh and having a bit of fun with you. Anyone who is nervous need not be; you are

Dad came in for rehab following a hip operation, but he is needing long-term care. So pleased he got a place at Sheraton. The staff are amazing; light and bright, fresh flowers everywhere, so clean and fresh. We call it "the Sheraton Court hotel". Thanks, team.

My father was transferred here from another care home, and this one is 100-per cent better. The staff are all very helpful and very friendly, nothing is a bother to them. My father is so much happier than he was. I would like to thank each and everyone one of them for looking after my father.

The care and love my mam received at Sheraton Court was amazing. The staff are so kind. Having stayed with Mam until she passed away, I was able to see first-hand how good, caring and kind every one of them is to all the residents. I was never in any doubt about how much my mam was loved, respected
and cared for. The kindness shown to us, her family, was exceptional at all times. Due to Covid, the time we have had with Mam has been limited. In that time, my mam has been loved, with the staff becoming her substitute family. When Mam could no longer speak, the staff would come in and talk to her. The smile on Mam's face told me everything I needed to know. To every one of you, thank you.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
