Could not recommend anywhere but here. Friendly, caring staff, lovely, clean, bright rooms. Staff go over and beyond. Cheerful reception, admin staff. Our mum is safe, protected and cared for here by wonderful staff. Excellent!

I can't praise the staff highly enough. Their care and consideration for my aunt and myself are wonderful. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, and my aunt is very happy with the standard and variety of the food. Overall, we are very happy.

The staff and management have helped to make my dad's transition from independent living to assisted care flawless. All the staff are very caring and have the patient's best interest at heart. The facilities are lovely. My dad is very happy at Sheration Court.

Dad came in for rehab following a hip operation, but he is needing long-term care. So pleased he got a place at Sheraton. The staff are amazing; light and bright, fresh flowers everywhere, so clean and fresh. We call it "the Sheraton Court hotel". Thanks, team.

My mam has settled in Sheraton really well. She seems happy with all of the staff and enjoys her time with everyone. She eats well and enjoys her activities.

My father was transferred here from another care home, and this one is 100-per cent better. The staff are all very helpful and very friendly, nothing is a bother to them. My father is so much happier than he was. I would like to thank each and everyone one of them for looking after my father.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:
“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”
Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
