The care home is excellent and my dad is well cared for day and night. All the staff are hard-working and treat my dad with respect and dignity. The home is spotlessly clean and the food is of excellent quality. Reception staff are kine and welcoming.

My mother has been a resident for approximately three years and my brother and I visit weekly. We have always found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. We are always informed promptly of any medical issues. The rooms (bedroom, dining, TV etc.) are always in a clean and tidy condition. We have sampled the food and found it very tasty, tea and biscuits are provided from a trolley several times a day. We are fortunate that our mother is being looked after in Sheraton Court.
Sheraton Court has looked after my mother-in-law for a long time. She was very well cared for and was very well looked after. Good food and great care. All staff were superb. The only very slight criticism would be the parking was sometimes very tricky. Thank you.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.
Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:
“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”
