Located on the outskirts of the lovely town of Hartlepool, Sheraton Court Care Home offers personalised residential and residential dementia care to older people, rated 'Good' by the CQC with 'Outstanding' in Caring (July 2023).

The friendly and comfortable home offers a place for residents to relax, unwind and socialise with friends and family. This home offers lovely en-suite bedrooms, a hair salon, and a wellbeing programme which helps residents to maintain their hobbies, learn new hobbies and to have opportunities to engage with the local community.

We have had excellent service from all of the staff at Sheraton Court. My mum has dementia, and her health has declined rapidly; she was unsafe to be at her assisted living and needed to find a care home that would meet all of her care needs. They have gone over and above for Mum, showing compassion
and empathy always. All of the staff have been amazing.

Mum has been at Sheraton Court since May 2023. Even though it took Mum a while to settle, from day one, she always said the food was lovely and the staff were wonderful. I’ve spent many hours visiting Mum and the staff treat everyone the same. They are not acting or pretending, they do genuinely treat
everyone with empathy and care as if they are looking after their family member. 3 certain members of staff have been great with Mum especially whilst I was here last week. A young staff member who I haven’t seen in a while is always bubbly and brings joy to the residents.
The home is always clean and does not smell like a care home! This is definitely a plus! The managers always have time for a chat on my way in or out. Even though they are busy. Thank You.
And let’s not forget the reception staff, always a friendly face too.
I actually do not have anything negative to say about SC.

I came to look around pre my mum moving into Sheraton Court. I was greeted by a staff member - very helpful indeed!
Mum moved in Monday 12.2.24, adjusting and supported so felt so good!

During my mother's stay in Sheraton Court, she was treated with care and compassion. The care team have been wonderful. They looked after my mother in a friendly and kind way at the end of her life when we were siting with her. They looked after is as well, ensuring that we have drinks and food and

My first time visiting Nana, and I was a little nervous as to what to expect.
The lady on the welcome desk was fantastically cheery.
The staff knew exactly where Nana was and were really friendly.

Our Dad is very happy and content at Sheraton Court. He receives excellent care with all his needs being met. The home has a lovely atmosphere, warm and welcoming with fantastic facilities. The staff are wonderful and have been very helpful. We would definitely recommend Sheraton Court.

My Aunt has been in Sheraton Court since January 2023 and has settled in very well with the added care and safety, she has come on very well even putting weight on. I'm very happy with the staff, they go the extra mile for the residents, always trying to get everyone involved with activities. Everyone

The only issue we have had is that things getting taken from his room by other residents. The staff are very helpful at trying to return them but it does really upset him.

We wanted to see one of our mum's friends, we had travelled a long way, and the care home was so accommodating. They organised for us to have lunch in the pod in the garden to give us some privacy, and it was such a lovely catch-up. Lunch was lovely, the staff were very friendly, and all of them couldn’t
do enough for us. It was so clean and tidy, and our mum's friend's room was lovely and had all she needed. We know she’s in good hands and very well looked after.

My Mam has been at Sheraton Court for nearly three years. The home and the staff are fantastic. The staff are very caring and have helped Mam one hundred per cent. She is settled and wants for nothing. We wouldn't wish for her to be anywhere else. Thank you for all your hard work everyone.

As a dedicated Health Care Professional, Hollie has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support for older people to enrich their lives. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards in care and quality of life for Residents.


Hollie shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. She uses her experience to motivate her team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Hollie remarked:


“My favourite thing about being a Home Manager is supporting our Residents to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives.”


Outside of work, Hollie enjoys spending time with her partner and children.
