Sheraton Court Care Home

The care my mother and father receive is second to none. Kind, caring, helpful staff no matter what time of the day or query/problem.

I went to visit my aunt who is a resident this home. She has been a resident for about four years now. The home is always bright and clean and fresh, which from personal experience with my own mother in two different homes in Hartlepool is not always the case given the type of residents. This home was beautifully decorated for Christmas but even when not it is a wonderfully cheerful place with murals of all kinds on the walls. My aunt is always clean and smartly dressed even when no visitors are expected.

Mum has settled very well here we have no issues at all. We are very happy with her care and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I find this care home clean, tidy and most of all very homely. I feel so at ease knowing my grandmother is being so well looked after.

We transferred dad from another home in Hartlepool and it would have to be said we are very happy with the care received to date. The staff are wonderful and attentive to dad's needs.

Always a lovely, welcoming environment, better than other care homes by a mile. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to say what a lovely place to live. I cannot recommend Sheraton court enough. The manager and the rest of the staff are excellent with all residents and family.

Since moving into Sheraton Court Residential Home, I can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed. All of the staff are friendly and very caring. They never complain. I must be OK because I have put some weight on.

My mother has been in this care home now for two years. As a family, having to put our mother into care was very hard for all of us. We are a very close family and want the best care possible for our Mam. So that is why we picked Sheraton Court, such a lovely home. All staff are more than happy to help in any way.

Staff all friendly. The place has a nice atmosphere and we were made to feel very welcome. The Halloween decorations are brilliant! Laundry service is very efficient. Car parking not always easy.

As soon as you walk through the door it is a lovely calming atmosphere, keeping oneself at ease, no matter what time of day or night you need to be there.

My father has just had a frightening stay in a soulless local hospital.

Thankfully, although still poorly, he is now back 'home' and his care, dignity and 'HIS' needs are being attended to in the most professional way possible.

The attention he has received is unquestionable, from the manager, senior care staff, care staff, catering and domestic staff, basically his every need is adhered to.

I am not a doctor nor healthcare worker, however having observed at first hand the hospital protocol in comparison to Sheraton Court, both myself and my family feel that the majority of nursing staff we encountered could definitely learn more than a thing or two about care, dignity and general people skills if they were to take a year or so out at the sharp end of elderly care.

The care my mum received from staff was amazing. They could not have done any more for her. They were always smiling and friendly.

I am very pleased with overall standards of the staff and accommodation and would recommend Sheraton Court to anybody who asks me.

Very friendly and nothing is too much when asking them questions and always try to sort things out as quickly as they can.
