My Mum is so happy living here, which makes me very happy. The level of care is excellent and the residents all seem very happy. The staff are fantastic and there are a lot of activities for the residents so they don't get bored. Fantastic staff and care home.

It was the best thing for my father to enter Harwood Court, it was also his choice. The care, love and kindness given were amazing. Staff became family to the residents during lockdown when no one could visit. They kept residents safe and well.

My husband became a resident of Harwood Court in May and loves it there. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and they all know the needs of the individual residents and spend quality time getting to know them. I would not hesitate in recommending it to others.

Experienced and enthusiastic to provide services to an exceptional standard, our new Manager, George, joined us by transfer from MHA, where he had managed the service for the former providers over the last two years.
A qualified administrator, Rachel joined the service in January 2025 and currently further supports group growth and operations.
