My husband became a resident of Harwood Court in May and loves it there. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and they all know the needs of the individual residents and spend quality time getting to know them. I would not hesitate in recommending it to others.

The staff are excellent. The problem I have is that Dad's memory and mobility have deteriorated since lockdown started last year. We need more time to visit as the time we have left is very precious. Could you look into visiting in their rooms? Visitors would literally come in the door and go to the
resident's room. I need to sit with Dad and keep him company for his sanity and mine.

I feel the management and staff look after my mother very well. I feel that they genuinely care about her as well as caring for her. During the pandemic, they have done their utmost to help us keep in touch.

I have felt much happier knowing that my mother is being looked after so well 24 hours per day by staff who are prepared to go that extra bit forward to help and assist. I couldn't wish for her to be anywhere else. A big thank you to all.

Mam came in as respite. To be honest, met my sister-in-law came to Harwood Court to visit 1st and after our visit, we didn't want to look at any more, it's a friendly, relaxed place, that always has time for you and your family. The staff from laundry, kitchen, maintenance and the carers (amazing bunch)
to management will go out of their way to make sure mam is happy and well cared for. It's not the poshest but it's most defiantly the best. Can't recommend the carers and staff enough. Can it be improved, absolutely but as far as the staff go, they are the best.

It is a great relief to know Mum is in such good capable hands. As Mum's condition has changed due to the onset of dementia it is very reassuring to see how much tender care goes into looking after and meeting her needs in a thoughtful, caring and professional manner.

The staff are always a pleasure and my Nana is much loved and well looked after. They always have time to talk and let me know how my Nana has been. It is a bright, spacious and immaculately clean home. My Nana loves it. She never has a bad word to say and she has even offered to get us a room!

Our mam originally came into Harwood Court for respite as she had been ill after two stays in a hospital. Her mood was very low and she had stopped looking after herself. The change after two weeks was amazing she continued to improve both mentally and physically. We put this down to the care she had
received from the staff and management and the good nutrition. She has now decided to make her home at Harwood Court as she feels safe and cared for here.

From the first contact with Harwood to now, their friendliness and professionalism have been excellent. The warmness of their welcome has made my mother feel so at home and special. She always said "anything and everything I need I have only to ask and it appears". The staff made her feel so special
and cared for her and my family with a great sense of humour.
