We have no problem with Station Court and all seems well with food and cleanliness. The home is warm and welcoming. The only problems we may have had are normally sorted out with no fuss.

The management and staff are amazing. They always knew where my Mum was - even though it is a relatively large home over 2 floors. My family and I have always been made to feel like we are part of the Station Court family. The staff always consider the needs of the residents, for example, when I was advised to move her to the upstairs specialist dementia facility of Memory Lane, I choose a room overlooking the garden, but it was pointed out that she would be better in a room which was the same position as downstairs so she was less confused when walking to the dining hall. I only hope my mum receives the same level of love at her new place.

My mother has been a resident at Station Court for a few years. She has dementia and is happy and settled. Her condition meant she was unable to attend my daughter's wedding on 25th August. The staff were more than willing to let the bridal party attend on the way to the wedding so she could be on some of the photos. She was dressed immaculately and very happy although she doesn't really know who we are now. This meant so much to me and my daughter. The recent CQC report does not reflect the standard of care given by the amazing staff. My sister and I would never even consider moving her from such a wonderful environment. The carers always inform me of any health issues with mam and explain the management of care given to her. It is very reassuring to know that mam is well cared for. The staff are really lovely with my mam and treat her with kindness and respect. I am able to go on holiday and know that I don't have to worry about mam.
