My father is well looked after with kindness and humour. His behaviour is sometimes difficult and irritating but the staff are great, and the manager is a star.

I was living at home and then I came in here to see if I liked it. I decided that I liked it so much that I thought it would be the best place to stay. I moved in and found to my delight that the staff were excellent with me. I liked my room and thought that the facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the food and the activities provided for me to be involved in.

Before I came in here, I was living at home with my sister but I was too heavy for my sister to lift - and so I decided to find a care home. I came into Elm Bank about four months. I have found it very enjoyable.

The staff are very helpful and caring. The food is good, and my room is very comfortable. I really enjoy being here.

Before I came here I was living in another home. I came here to come and look around with my family and decided that I really liked it. I moved in, and was given a lovely room. I have settled in and have now make some friends.

The staff are very nice to me, and make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this home to other people.
