Overall Experience

My father has been at Meifod for four years. The staff have always been attentive and kind. The previous owners were ok but I feel the new owners have improved the home. I am very satisfied with his care.

Review from Nicola J (Daughter of Resident) published on 27 December 2019 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

The care and compassion shown to my mum and support to our family through this difficult transition was amazing. Staff are always around and have kept us informed of my mum's progress and any needs she has. We visit throughout the day most days of the week and always found my mum to be well cared for.

Reply from Nazmeen Arif, Director/RI at Meifod & Vicarage Court

Nicola, thank you for your review. It is much appreciated. We have made a lot of changes at the home since taking over in October 2019 and am glad that your mum is benefitting from this. Please let us know if there is anything else we could do. Thanks, Baz
