My sister received excellent care in the home. The staff went above and beyond all our expectations. They also looked after us as a family and no requests we made were too much trouble. Social activities played a big part and everyone was encouraged to take part if they could. The food was excellent and nutritious. The home was always kept clean and tidy.

My Mother has lived at the home for over 18 months. The care she receives daily is so good. All staff are caring, friendly and helpful. The environment is happy and there are varied daily activities that cater to all residents. Am updated regularly on my Mother's care plan. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The best care for my Nana. The staff are amazing. Always so much to do for the residents. Clean bedroom. Clothes washed. Management is also amazing. Never had a problem and always recommend this beautiful home.

Wonderful how happy everyone is. Amazing how well cared for the residents are and the staff do an amazing job would recommend it to everyone I know, happiness is very important and they certainly feel that here!

The manager has been there for years and both she and her staff treat the residents as part of their own family!

Mum moved into The Whitehouse at the end of October after being diagnosed with mixed Dementia. I must admit I was nervous about how she would adapt as she had lived in her own home for over 50 years and was always fiercely independent. I needn't worry! She settled in amazingly quickly, something I attribute to the kind and caring staff and the general homely and welcoming atmosphere that you feel as soon as you walk through the door.

I have visited my friend at Whitehouse for nearly a year. She's always happy when I see her. The staff are amazing. The love and care they provide is 100%. My friend was put on end-of-life care back in January, however she got better and is now back to herself. I'm sure the care from staff brought her back. Fantastic care home.

My 82-year-old mum is very happy at Whitehouse. She is well cared for in a safe environment and treated with dignity and respect.

I feel that my mum has been well looked after and cared for during the past four years. She has always loved her food and has never complained about it. The staff try hard to keep residents entertained and I think this is enjoyed by all. During the pandemic, the staff have gone above and beyond their duties and I am extremely grateful for what they have done for Mum.

Always made to feel welcome whenever I call. Mum is always clean and tidy and has her hair done regularly. Staff are willing to help in any way and they are always cheerful.

My mother spent the last 3 months of her life at the Whitehouse. She was in the final stages of dementia and required much assistance, spending the last weeks of her life in bed.

The manager and deputy manager were very helpful, right from day one, and I felt they were really trying to do their best for both my mother and myself.

The staff were caring and attentive looking after her personal needs and involving clinical personnel as needed. They were also very kind to me, keeping me well informed and involving me in decision making about my mother's care.

I always felt welcome at the Whitehouse and I was able to spend as much time with my mother as I wanted. The staff brought me many cups of tea over the hours I spent there and I really appreciated that they cared about me, too.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Whitehouse. It may not be the most modern building with the plushest furnishings but the management and care staff more than make up for that.

I pop in from time to time to speak to the residents and they really enjoy it. The staff are wonderful with them all they are always trying to help. Each time I have been in and chatted it’s always been different residents as some days they want to chat others they don’t, the environment is lovely it’s like one big family there.

The garden area is amazing how they have the old Wrexham town on the walls and a safe garden I found the whole atmosphere was great staff very helpful and approachable along with management they can’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend, it’s a brilliant home and they all work so hard.

Only concern is laundry which takes a long time to be returned or does not return at all.

My mother has been in this care home for about 2 years now. I am very pleased with the standard of care she is having. She is very happy there and it is lovely to think my mother is to spend her days in such excellent care and a marvellous care home. All the staff are wonderful.

My mother has only been in Whitehouse for a short while but the improvement in her general health and well-being is absolutely astonishing. My brother and I put this improvement down to the wonderful care and attention she is receiving from all staff at Whitehouse.

After moving to a much larger room my dad has settled in much better. One thing is the family have had to ensure that they contact us if he has any falls at anytime of the day/night. Needs decorating to freshen up.

Whitehouse management and staff are highly qualified, hard working and extremely kind to each resident. As soon as you walk through the front door there is a "buzz"! Every resident matters which reflects in the enthusiasm of the staff. Home is well decorated with appropriate pictures/drawings on the walls. My mother is always talking about one or the other, certainly stimulates her. Activities programme is very varied and fun!

I quite often speak to my dad on the phone, he always tells me what's going on. I visited in May and he was at his best, the staff were all lovely, everywhere was clean and tidy, and they are speaking about getting the garden expanded which will be great. Thank you to you all.

I am very happy my brother has chosen the Whitehouse. I now can relax and know he is cared for. A lot has happened in the past. The Manager and staff are excellent with my brother, also his family and I thank them.

Secondly management are very approachable, nothing is too much trouble, always go over and beyond. I am very happy that my mum is settled and treated well. No issues.
