Bernadette, our registered manager, believes that a care home should always feel like a real home. She takes great pride in making sure Bryn Eithin remains a place where residents feel valued, respected and supported, and she enjoys building relationships with residents and their families.
Bernadette plays a pivtal role in the day-to-day life of Bryn Eithin and works closely with both residents and staff to make sure the home runs smoothly. She joined the team with many years of experience in care, including leading large teams in domiciliary care, bringing with her a strong understanding of how important it is for people to feel safe, comfortable and well looked after.
Marian has been part of the Bryn Eithin family since 2003 and has supported the home and its residents for many years. As Senior Team Leader, she brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the residents and the home itself.
