We have found this home a good choice for mum, she is very happy here and we find the staff very friendly and very helpful.
The atmosphere is lovely and mum loves the décor and ambience of the place.
She enjoys the food and eats everything she is offered.

She is being very well looked after and we couldn't wish for more.

My mother received excellent care at Hawthorn Court for over four years. Staff were always kind and patient with her. Family members were always made welcome when visiting at any time of the day. The small, homely environment was ideal for her.

The staff at Hawthorn Court are looking after my father so very well. They are caring and kind. I am very glad that my father is a resident at Hawthorn Court. He always looks so clean and content. They take away the worry that I have that he is being cared for well and that he is safe.

Review from Jill R (Sister-in-law of Resident) published on 23 May 2017 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
My brother-in-law is well cared for and all his needs are being met. I have found the carers to have a good attitude towards the residents, helpful and hard working.
The owners and management are very interested in the well-being of their residents and very involved with the day to day running of the home.
The food provides a good well-balanced diet and my brother-in-law enjoys his food.

The home is very clean and tidy, and there is a very pleasant atmosphere. I am impressed with the genuine interest taken with every detail regarding my brother-in-law's well-being. As it is not a large care home. I feel this helps to create together with the above mentioned a feeling of family.
