My mother has been in Trem y Glyn for nearly three years, from day one she has had superb care. All my family are more than happy about the ways she's being looked after. Glynneath is a small town and because of this I know most of the residents and their families in talking to them and I think that
they are all in the same opinion about Trem y Glyn, All the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them, easy to talk to they know how to look after old people. It's too bad to think Trem y Glyn will only be there for another six years.

A warm, caring environment. Everyone I spoke to at the Christmas lunch for residents, family and friends could not speak highly enough of Trem y Glyn. It's an important part of the local community and the locals appreciate that residents are treated with respect, dignity and a sense of humour. It's
so easy for friends and family to drop in because it's so well positioned. Knowing your loved one is well cared for at the end of their days is so reassuring.

I have been pleased and relieved that my aunt was offered a place at Trem y Glyn. The staff provide good care. This is clear from what I see when I visit. My aunt suffers from dementia and for two years while trying to accost her to the idea of care which I could see would become necessary she became
increasingly unhappy at home. Since moving she is settled and contented. She looks well, clean and well presented and I believe that all her needs are met.
