Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Overall great care provided. Only slight issue with loss of hearing aids. Staff are always engaging and very friendly and see to my Mum's every need. Lots of activities to take part in if residents are able. The food choices are first class and are very varied. My Mum seems very happy here.

Excellent staff and very good facilities. Activities are very good and they encourage the residents to join in. Food is very good and the cafe is excellent with tea coffee etc for residents and visitors. In the summer they now have a bus which will mean more trips out of the home.

First of all, thanks very much for all you do! Staff are friendly and the home is well looked after. There is plenty of space to get around inside and outside. May I suggest however, that something is done to improve wheelchair access at the front door? It is possible to manage but it could be made easier. I am fit but I imagine others could really struggle. Oftentimes, I am at the door, pushing a chair in or out, with no one else around except the person in the chair. The outside doors are heavy and the metal ramp on the ground makes it really awkward to get through. It’s only a suggestion. Thanks again!

Since my friend went into Caledonian Court Care Home both me and my wife have found the staff to be very good, the place is clean, the food is alright and the entertainment is of a high standard. A difficult job to undertake but the manager is very good and the home is a credit to her skills.
