Caledonian Court is a purpose-built care home in Larbert, near Falkirk, that delivers high-quality, specialist nursing and respite care for older people living with dementia.

Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level
of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.

Please note, the weekly fee does not include hairdressing, chiropody or other healthcare visits or

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

Since my dad has been in Caledonian Court since February, myself and other family members have no issues with how Dad is treated. He's always clean, shaved and dressed properly. Anytime we have questions, someone has always been there to answer. Now there's new management, Caledonian Court has changed
for the better.

My mother was resident in Caledonian Care Home for six years and I cannot praise the staff enough for the care and attention my mum got and the support they gave the family. They made these difficult years so much easier for our mother and for us. She enjoyed their company and we could see the love
she had from them and visa versa in their faces. During the lockdown, they have excelled in keeping their residents happy and most importantly Covid-19 free throughout. They are truly amazing. So pleased we chose Caledonian Court Care Home. Thank you to all.

Mum only moved into Caledonian Court a month ago and the care she has been given by all the staff has been excellent and has made her move from hospital so much easier. Her room is big and with some of her own furniture and ornaments etc, it already feels like home. A big thank you to you all.

The care home is slowly, but progressing, in upgrading the home for the residents. Staff are mainly happy and chatty with several, I would say, excellent at their jobs. The new management has made great inroads to the running of the home. There are several recurring issues that need to be constantly
discussed, this can be annoying but as I said it's getting better.

My mother is extremely dependent having suffered dementia and loss of mobility following strokes in 2015 at the end of which she was admitted to care. In the time since then my wife and I have been pleased and reassured by the care and attention mum has received. Both nursing and care staff have done
their best to meet her needs which can sometimes be hard to decipher and conveyed in no uncertain terms. The unit mum is in has a warm welcoming atmosphere and particularly under the current management team, every effort is being made to ensure the fabric of the building safe and decorated in ways that offer some stimulation to the residents, although she claims she "never gets fed" mum eats heartily when food arrives and we have been impressed generally by its quality. We have had the opportunity to contribute to regular meetings of family with managers and have noticed changes as a result including improvements to the building access to transport and a wider range of activities for the residents. It is such a relief to know that mum is safe and being cared for in ways we could not offer.
