A big thank you to all the staff at Queen's Bay Lodge, it was my mum's first time in respite and both the family and herself were a bit apprehensive about rest care. We had nothing to worry about everyone at the home were fantastic, she was looked after and treated with respect while there. On...
A big thank you to all the staff at Queen's Bay Lodge, it was my mum's first time in respite and both the family and herself were a bit apprehensive about rest care. We had nothing to worry about everyone at the home were fantastic, she was looked after and treated with respect while there. On collecting her, we the family noticed a big difference in her mood she was really happy and more interactive with the family and asking when she could go back. I can't thank the staff enough and will certainly be booking her in for another visit, she has not stopped talking about the things she did there and how much she liked everyone since she got home.
