Received so much care and support in making the difficult decision for my partner to go into care.
That continued with such a caring, professional and personal welcome when she arrived, which helped to put our minds at rest.
She is now very settled, and I am delighted with the care she receives.
There always seems to be such a happy, cheery and positive atmosphere within the home.
I cannot thank the staff and management enough; they are terrific.
They spend time with her and chat with her, and nothing seems to be too much trouble.
I feel she is in safe hands, being cared for by professional, compassionate, caring, polite and friendly staff.

My father has resided at Jordanhill House for eight months now. The care has been extraordinary. The staff go over and above to ensure my dad's needs are met and he has everything he needs. I would like to thank all staff for their care and compassion in my father's journey so far.

My aunt is in Jorganhill and is very settled. I am so glad to see some of the Covid restrictions being lifted. The staff are tremendous with my aunt, no matter how busy; they always have time to chat and treasure her. The home is looking great now, as getting lots of work done. Overall, I am impressed
and recommend it to everyone.

I am extremely likely to recommend Jorfdanhill to anyone who requires care. The home is well managed and very attentive to all questions and worries during Covid-19. I am very happy with the care given to my mother-in-law; she is always well presented and smiling when we visit.

Haven't been able to visit and am now back. I have been hugely impressed by this care home and the staff for a number of years. During Covid, they were vigilant in their testing and did not have any cases, which was a miracle. I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention my friend receives.

The home offers a 'home from home' experience. They treat each resident like family, catering to the individual's needs. Some residents have quite complex needs, but this is no problem to the staff who appear well equipped to deal with all aspects of residents dependencies. My experience of the home
is that I am always welcomed. My friend who has been a resident for six months is very happy, she tells me she feels safe and well looked after. Nothing is a bother to the staff.

The Jordanhill Care Home in Glasgow has an excellent, leafy location in Glasgow with good care parking and bus routes. There is also a station 400 meters away. The interior is well laid out with various lounges and a superb outside area and has a lovely, homely feel. Main meals and snacks are plentiful
and of a high standard. However, it is with care and attention where Jordanhill truly excels. The staff, and that's all the staff, are magnificently trained, witnessing this first-hand many times, professional to a fault, and have the most important factor - love. This can't be bought in any expensive shop or studied for at University, it comes from within, and as The Beatles wrote, 'Can't Buy Me Love'.

My Mum has been welcomed into Jordanhill House by management, staff and others who are residents here. Carers, who are so professional, treat Mum with such kindness and love and care. Every member of staff, including laundry, kitchen and housekeeping take time to make themselves known. What a blessing
knowing my Mum is in safe and kind hands. Love Jordanhill House, the manager is doing an amazing job!

I have been extremely impressed with the service offered to my sister since her admission in September of last year. The staff are friendly, informative and vigilant with all aspects of the care given to their residents. They ensure a fun and vibrant atmosphere and all residents are catered for. The
annual Christmas party was held in December and the staff had commented that it was not to be missed as it was a great occasion and the highlight of the year. I have to say they did not disappoint and both myself and my sister had a fantastic night. Everyone laughed and danced surrounded by their friends and family.

My dad has been a resident in Jordanhill House from September 2019. My dad has settled in really well, he enjoys the food and gets on really well with residents but in particular the staff he enjoys having daily chats with. This is a very homely residential home, which you're always made to feel welcome
by both staff and residents. The care is fantastic and I go home after visiting my dad knowing that he is been very well cared for and looked after.

I know my mum is safe and looked after and it's lovely to see how well some of the staff know my mum. They know what she likes and tailor their approach to her likes and dislikes. From making sure her music is on, her favourite tipple and even singing with her. I think the theme nights are marvellous
and the staff participation incredible.

My mother has received outstanding care at Jordanhill. The carers are kind and attentive, they are also observant and have good clinical knowledge. Management are also excellent.

I have found the staff pleasant and courteous to visitors of residents. They always have a friendly word.
With regards to the residents, they are professional. I have found the staff patient and friendly towards my uncle. The home is very clean and tidy and I love the gardens they have for the residents
