Balcarres Care Home is a very friendly home and as far as I can see is very well run. The staff also seem to have many suggestions and are forward thinking. One of the better homes I have visited.

Lovely care home, bright and colourful surroundings, beautifully kept gardens, staff very attentive and nothing too much trouble. We are always made to feel very welcome by all staff at any time day and night.

Came to view with regards to a family member taking residence. Very impressed with staff and establishment. Lovely care home in all aspects. Staff are very informative and welcoming. Second to none. Rooms great size and comfortable. Security good. Menu great choice. Very clean.

Our resident is very well cared for and since her hip operations has been encouraged by staff with her walking. There have been no problems with her recovery. She is always happy when we visit her and seems to fit in well with everyone and the staff all like her.

Well polished and I walk every day in the beautiful grounds. The staff give me anything I want, especially the boss lady.
