While my mother, aged 94 years has been in The Birches, Crieff for 2 weeks, she has been very well looked after by all members of staff. They do their work but still have time to chat. The staff had to deal with a bleeding leg on her arrival. She'd caught it on the car door! This was sorted out very
quickly and her nurse was called. Mother was not happy about moving out of her own home for 2 weeks while a new boiler was fitted but the care she has been given helped her to settle as much as is possible at her age. All the staff are kindly as well as professional. This is reassuring for residents and relatives.

Had issues in past with mum being old etc. Girls and male staff have been great with mum. New manageress has changed a lot in a way that benefits both staff and residents. If I have a problems then I would speak out so only fair to give credit when due.
The staff in here are a credit to your company.
Too many staff to mention as they have been good and kind to my mum. But would like to mention the maintenance guy, new manager and not forgetting most important person in any care home, the assistant manager has been great.
