My mum has been resident in The Birches for 5 weeks now and I couldn't be more impressed. The transition was so quick and easy and mum has settled in so well, feeling at home very quickly. The staff are all fantastic - so welcoming and kind - special mentions to Patience and Angie - and they always stay in contact with me keeping me in the loop and making sure mums care is right. Thank you to all at The Birches.

We are very happy with the care my dad is receiving here. The staff know him well and it is lovely to see how they interact with him. We enjoy looking at the photos in his folder showing activities he has taken part in and these can be a good starting point for a discussion. It's always such a welcoming environment, whenever we come and everyone is so helpful. We're so pleased to have found this place and know that dad is being so well looked after.

My Mum is very happy and content at The Birches. I am very impressed at the high standard of care she received, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they all strive to support my Mum.

The food is lovely, everything is super clean, and the portion sizes are just right. There are activities and outings which are thoroughly enjoyed. The Birches staff have again gone above and beyond and we are extremely happy and would highly recommend if asked, 5 stars!

Based on my experience, The Birches Care Home is one of the highly commendable homes for sick and needy patients. The staff, carers, nurses and everyone who works in this home are excellent, polite, accommodating, selfless and very friendly. They show so much dedication to their jobs and most of all very compassionate. The empathy they shared with the residents is magnificently incomparable. This is what I call 'home sweet home'.
