This friendly home offers many areas for residents to relax and socialise with friends and family. With many fantastic amenities, which include a lovely garden which is tended by residents, an on-site hair salon and spacious patio area, there is always something to look forward to, and the range of lovely dining areas offer residents a space to relax and enjoy dining with family and friends.

Mum has been a resident for around a year now. The care has been very good and Mum has been treated with respect. All the staff are helpful, welcoming and friendly.

A wonderful residency, great facilities, great food and menu plans, wonderful friendly and caring staff. My gran's mental health and wellbeing has increased dramatically since moving, she is really well cared for.

Since arriving at The Birches, Mum has been exceptionally well cared for. The staff are always warm and welcoming, keeping us well-informed about her well-being. Mum has been exceptionally well cared for here since she moved in August 2024. Every member of staff is caring and compassionate and Mum has been made to feel dignity and warmth by all. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The staff have also looked after me when I have visited. Mum has enjoyed

The care review was helpful and informative. The senior member of staff who held the review was able to fully and satisfactorily respond to any questions raised and topics of discussion. It's clear that all staff understand Mum's needs and are managing her care very well.

My Mum is very happy and content at The Birches. I am very impressed at the high standard of care she received, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they all strive to support my Mum.
The food is lovely, everything is super clean, and the portion sizes are just right. There are activities
and outings which are thoroughly enjoyed. The Birches staff have again gone above and beyond and we are extremely happy and would highly recommend if asked, 5 stars!

Thank you to all staff at The Birches for their support in organising the areas for the residents to attend and enjoy the Christmas activities provided by the well-being coordinator.
We visited our mum on Christmas morning where we spent time with her opening family presents in the welcoming relaxed
atmosphere. Our mum especially enjoyed the Pantomime and her several trips out before Christmas within the local area. As always we thank all staff for supporting our mum with with outstanding care.

Based on my experience, The Birches Care Home is one of the highly commendable homes for sick and needy patients. The staff, carers, nurses and everyone who works in this home are excellent, polite, accommodating, selfless and very friendly. They show so much dedication to their jobs and most of all
very compassionate. The empathy they shared with the residents is magnificently incomparable. This is what I call 'home sweet home'.

Our mother has received the most amazing care. The facilities are immaculate and similar to a five-star hotel experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive and have responded to all our needs above and beyond. The meals have been beautifully prepared and the cleanliness is above reproach.

I was very lucky to get my mum a place in this lovely home. She is very well cared for in her daily needs. The quality of the food is excellent for her health. Her daily needs are met with care and attention. The staff and carers are all very kind and treat her with respect. Her well-being, physical
and mental needs are well catered for with activities and music to keep her stimulated. Her bedroom has a few of her personal items which is more than adequate for her needs. The afternoon tea trolley is always lovely and better than you would get in some restaurants. This is a five-star home and I feel blessed every day that my mum is so well cared for.

Ever since my friend moved into The Birches I have been so impressed by everything! The staff are amazing - all of them are incredibly kind, caring and attentive all the time, even when my friend gets difficult. The atmosphere is welcoming. The food is always freshly made and tasty. I keep taking photos
of the afternoon tea tray - so much love and thought goes into it. The manager is a hands-on manager who is liked and respected by all. I would have to name every single individual member of staff as they are all wonderful. This is the kind of place I would like to move into because I know I would be happy, safe and secure. My only gripe is that The Birches does not have its own social media page.

The Birches provide a friendly, welcoming homely environment, which was one of the main reasons I chose the care home for my mum. They have an excellent activity organiser and I particularly enjoy looking through the folder in mum’s room containing photographs of activities she has enjoyed. The staff
are always friendly and welcoming and I can not thank them enough for the loving care they provided to my mum.
