Wonderful establishment with the most caring and attentive staff. My mother was very comfortable and all her needs were taken care of. As a family, we can not thank everyone at The Birches enough and would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it.

My Mum really enjoys staying here and this is largely down to the staff. They are a very upbeat team and genuinely look after the residents as if they were family. From personal care and serving meals to the entertainment and numerous interactions on a daily basis. They have worked so hard to keep the
Home virus-free and should be commended for this. It was a worry having to place Mum in a home but we have been delighted with the care she has received. I have previously written to the Director of HC-One complimenting them on their Crieff facility.

I found the staff very nice, especially the Manager Deputy Manager and who I mainly dealt with. Mum was only at The Birches since the end of March, but they always rang if there was a problem. The whole staff treated my Mum with the respect she deserved.

Our review was excellent while my husband was resident. A very pleasant residence, well planned, excellent entertainment. It felt like a 1st class hotel, great food and attention from all grades of staff. Thank you all from the family.

I have been happy with the care that my Dad has received while I have been back home in England. I have received calls when staff had concerns about him. I have always been able to speak to him when I have called on the phone and received an update every time.

My uncle received excellent care from the staff at The Birches. The staff at all levels and in all roles were kind, caring and professional.
Every effort was made to ensure that my uncle's needs were met as he wished and that his tastes and preferences were catered for. His last days were peaceful

Experience entirely positive. Friendly, caring and very competent staff. Very good food with a flexible approach of choice. Impeccable cleanliness with attention to rooms and ensuite hygiene. Fresh clothes every day, sensitive approach to personal hygiene. Husband will be happy to return for respite

My father came here on a crisis basis for a two week period.
He's really enjoying his stay here. I've found the staff very helpful. He enjoys all his meals and is looking and feeling so much better.

I cannot give this amazing care home enough praise, from the first minute of meeting the manager and then the staff, mum and I could not have been more welcomed. They took every step to make sure mum was comfortable and explained step-by-step what would be happening. I felt extremely comfortable with

My mother felt happy and safe and free from worries about falling, taking her medicine and any other things that may be nothing to us but is a worry to an older person.
I think The Birches is a wonderful place with caring staff who look after the residents as if they were part of a family.

I am an 82 years old man and came into care after my dear lady wife passed away. We were wed for over 50 years, very happy and we had 3 young ones (two boys and one lass). Sadly we lost a son after a heart transplant failed. The family found this care home which is a very good and kind place to live
in.
