Overall Experience

My mother went up for respite for 2 weeks she lasted 4 days, she was left in a room on the upper level, not able to move without help. The main problem for her was when she needed help she would ring the buzzer and would often sit for hours until someone came.

Review from Daniel M (Husband of Resident) published on 17 August 2015 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

All of the residents are elderly and have some form of dementia. Each resident has his or her own needs and each is treated individually in a manner suited to these needs, all with real personal care which is the top priority with every member of the staff. The home exudes a feeling of warm friendliness and quiet contentment. At all times there is at least one member of staff present, attending to the slightest need of any resident.
