My father enjoys his residency at Aspen Court. His dementia needs means that he needs constant care, and this is something that the staff have provided with care and compassion. Normally, my father is not interested in group activities, but the staff at Aspen Court ensure that he takes part and that
he always has a smile on his face.

My father spent his final weeks at this care home and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every member of staff treated him with compassion, respect, and genuine warmth. The care team created a calm, supportive environment that brought comfort not only to him but also to us as a family.
From daily care to thoughtful little touches, the attention and professionalism shown were deeply appreciated. We also found the support staff and facilities to be excellent. We are incredibly grateful for everything the team did and will always remember the kindness shown during such a difficult time.

We would like to thank all the staff at aspen court for their Excellent care specially two staff members in particular who looked after our dad .Everyone from the cleaning staff to management made my dad welcome and attended his every needs we couldn't have asked for a better home we felt the care and
attention given gave us a piece of mind knowing we made the right decision with dad for a care home.so with our experience it ticked all the boxes .so Anyone who is looking for a loved one ,you won't go wrong in the hardest decision you have to make by trusting aspen court.

My mum went to Aspen Court Care Home in November and we have found both managers to be highly professional, receptive and always positive and approachable. They are always willing to help at all times and are always around to answer questions however small or insignificant. Both managers at Aspen Court
are a shining example of professionalism at its finest and I highly recommend Aspen Court for your loved ones' caring needs if you decide to choose it.

We arranged respite care for my relative for 3 nights so she could attend her nephew's wedding. We found all the staff very welcoming and they attended to her nursing needs with empathy. Having worked as a residential care manager for 25 years, the staff met all our expectations. As my relative had

One member of staff in particular is excellent. He is hardworking and a delight to deal with. I genuinely know he enjoys his work. He is a firm favourite with my mum and all the residents. He deserves a gold medal and I do hope that he gets recognition and gets a reward duly. He is a joy and says and

My mum's experience here has been mixed, she has her good days and bad days. She is eventually settling down to the way of life in the care home. The main thing is that she is well looked after, safe and has staff members on call if and when I'm not available. She loves her activities on good days but
can be very difficult on bad days but overall I'm happy with the care and support provided.

Having visited my grandmother several times since being at Aspen Court, I have noticed a great improvement in my grandmother. You always hear stories about care homes which, most of the time, it's bad.
Here just reverses that.
Seeming my mum happy, comfortable, and content is a weight off my mind.
Staff here make you feel welcome, and there is nothing they wouldn't do for you. Mum's room is always clean and tidy.
Activities
are off the scales. Mum is always taking part and loves it.
The changes that have been made, you can see and feel that this is all for the residents to make them feel wanted, respected and valued.
I can call Mum at any time to speak to her - that keeps my mind at rest.
Family can visit at any time, which suits us so much.
The meeting that we had on the 28th for families and friends was very positive and reassuring.
The manager is very easy to talk to, and she listens. Seeing her door open shows respect to everyone who walks past.
Great to feel a part of Aspen Cppurt.

The carers in Aspen Court have been very helpful since my husband was admitted. I was looking after him at home before he went there but couldn't cope. Whenever I visit the staff are always friendly and helpful. My mum always has plenty of activities to keep her busy throughout the day and they include me in activities if I am visiting at the time. A lovely atmosphere Mum is very happy here.
