Aspen Court Care Home

Mum has been in Aspen Court Care Home for nearly 10 months now and her overall health is so much better than when she was at home.

Good experience of the home. It was my grandmothers 90th birthday and Maria coordinated a little birthday tea, with decorations, food and cake, which was really appreciated by our family. The staff are all very friendly & attentive. My grandmother was previously regularly in hospital but since being in Aspen Court we have seen a great improvement in her overall health. The staff make a real effort to provide food that she likes and encourage her to eat.

My father enjoys his residency at Aspen Court. His dementia needs means that he needs constant care, and this is something that the staff have provided with care and compassion. Normally, my father is not interested in group activities, but the staff at Aspen Court ensure that he takes part and that he always has a smile on his face.

My father spent his final weeks at this care home and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every member of staff treated him with compassion, respect, and genuine warmth. The care team created a calm, supportive environment that brought comfort not only to him but also to us as a family. From daily care to thoughtful little touches, the attention and professionalism shown were deeply appreciated. We also found the support staff and facilities to be excellent. We are incredibly grateful for everything the team did and will always remember the kindness shown during such a difficult time.

We would like to thank all the staff at aspen court for their Excellent care specially two staff members in particular who looked after our dad .Everyone from the cleaning staff to management made my dad welcome and attended his every needs we couldn't have asked for a better home we felt the care and attention given gave us a piece of mind knowing we made the right decision with dad for a care home.so with our experience it ticked all the boxes .so Anyone who is looking for a loved one ,you won't go wrong in the hardest decision you have to make by trusting aspen court.

During his stay my dad was very well looked after in every way. He was happy and although he didn't join in, he was happy.

My mum went to Aspen Court Care Home in November and we have found both managers to be highly professional, receptive and always positive and approachable. They are always willing to help at all times and are always around to answer questions however small or insignificant. Both managers at Aspen Court are a shining example of professionalism at its finest and I highly recommend Aspen Court for your loved ones' caring needs if you decide to choose it.

We arranged respite care for my relative for 3 nights so she could attend her nephew's wedding. We found all the staff very welcoming and they attended to her nursing needs with empathy. Having worked as a residential care manager for 25 years, the staff met all our expectations. As my relative had never spent time in nursing care, she was very appreciative of all the staff.

One member of staff in particular is excellent. He is hardworking and a delight to deal with. I genuinely know he enjoys his work. He is a firm favourite with my mum and all the residents. He deserves a gold medal and I do hope that he gets recognition and gets a reward duly. He is a joy and says and does what he is going to do. It just would not be the same if he ever left.

All staff here are friendly and always ready to assist us the family and my dad.

My uncle was very happy and cared for lovely.

My mum's experience here has been mixed, she has her good days and bad days. She is eventually settling down to the way of life in the care home. The main thing is that she is well looked after, safe and has staff members on call if and when I'm not available. She loves her activities on good days but can be very difficult on bad days but overall I'm happy with the care and support provided.

My mum seems very well cared for, more talkative and generally happier since she has been here. We are so relaxed in the knowledge that everything is being handled to the highest standard.

Since my father came in April he seems more relaxed and talkative. The staff are very friendly which puts the family at ease knowing he's in good care.

My dad is well cared for, and all his needs are met fully. The staff are polite and willing to help with any questions we have. My dad is happy here and enjoys talking to everyone.

Having visited my grandmother several times since being at Aspen Court, I have noticed a great improvement in my grandmother. She is always well looked after, clean, fed, warm, in good health and happy. This can only be down to the wonderful work the team do at Aspen Coury. This can be seen by all the residents at Aspen Court, how happy they all seem by being here.
