All the staff have excelled in their duties which they have done above and beyond. Extremely caring, kind and compassionate with my mother. Her room is always clean and most part tidy. The food is, for the most part, good. Her being Greek, she does miss her cultural food but other than that she is very
happy. I can not fault Aspen Court Care Home - massive thank you to all.

This facility is a blessing for my husband. Whilst at home, he was bed-bound as we didn't have ideal facilities to care for him. Since being in Aspen Court, he has a new chair so he can be taken out in good weather.

Called to enquire about visiting my sister who I haven’t seen for nearly 2 years. I spoke to the manager who was very helpful in arranging the visit at short notice. When we arrived, we were greeted with a very friendly staff member who was expecting us and assisted us with the Lateral Flow Test. It
was fantastic to see my sister who was very well and very happy. Thank you!

My wife and I are both extremely happy with the care and consideration shown to my mother. The management is very helpful and have dealt quickly and efficiently with all the arising issues. The staff likewise are excellent and clearly make my mother feel confident and relaxed in her new surroundings.

I didn't want my uncle to go in a home but his health said otherwise and he needed the care I was a bit worried about how he would be but thankfully he loves it there and so do I. They take care of him with all his needs I couldn't ask for better care for him he is like a different man he likes and
gets on with all the careers and the other residents and is very happy and I am very happy with them all too. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone they are all doing a wonderful job at looking after my uncle I'm very pleased so thank you.

My mother's stay at Aspen Court was short term respite. She was well cared for but didn't like the food or the environment.
I would have to say the care staff were very good and attentive.
When visiting Aspen Court the setting did seem a bit disorganised, this can only reflect on the management.
I felt the care staff had lots of challenging behaviour and situations to cope with.

My Dad was in Aspen Court for just under five years. My Mum was there before him, so I knew he would get the excellent care he required. He knew the staff and as he declined his main carers and more to mention, looked after him with the dignity he deserved. They went above and beyond. I have to also
mention a lady who was the Secretary in Aspen Court and of course the Supervisor there. The staff there are efficient and go above and beyond their duties to make not just the residents but the family too, feel comfortable about the everyday care of their loved ones. I give a huge thank you from my heart, asking that God blesses you all for all the kind deeds done for my Mum and Dad whilst they lived in Aspen Court. For accommodating all of us. Highly, highly recommended.

My very dear relative, for whom I cared as her next of kin, lived at Aspen Court for six months until early 2019, when she was admitted to hospital. Due to her age and illnesses, her death, sadly, followed shortly afterwards.
Throughout her six months at Aspen Court, she received unfailing courtesy
and warmth. Staff tended to all her needs, as a wholly dependent dementia patient, with timeliness, courtesy and good care.
Neither she, when asked, nor I, had any complaints. When requests were made we found we were listened to and helped.
Like all care homes, staff shoulder a heavy burden and at times must prioritise according to urgency of need. The manager provides an excellent role model and example to follow and I believe her standards and presence make this an exceptional place for residents and their families when full-time care is needed.

Carers and nurses are kind although more staff needed. Food is adequate although not always appropriate for the age and condition of the residents.

The number of staff on each unit is determined by the care needs of the Residents at the time and staffing is flexed accordingly to ensure all Residents are treated with dignity and respect. Recruitment is underway to fill current clinical and care vacancies and we have two enthusiastic Well Being activities co-ordinators who tailor the activities to suit the Residents in the home. There is a robust Housekeeping team along with the Maintenance staff who keep the physical outlook of the home in good condition and Residents are made to feel safe and secure in the home. My mum is well cared for she is happier than where she was before. I find that she has changed for the better, more in control, well looked after.
