My dad was here for five weeks for rehab. The care home and physio team were excellent. I would like to thank all the staff for the way they have treated my dad.

Very impressed with the friendly staff who make the effort to be caring and helpful. Everything has been well organised, making my short stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoyed the meals.

Pleasant, helpful and attentive staff.


Staff quality is consistently good across shift changes. Room comfortable and toilet facilities are readily accessible.

All the staff involved in my care showed kindness, patience and tolerance to my needs. Being hard of hearing and poor mobility the standard of care remained high.
The food was hot and nutritious with a variety of choices. What also impressed me was the high level of hygiene.
Overall, I was highly
satisfied during my stay.

As soon as I arrived, Bridge House Care Centre everybody made me feel welcome. I was also amazed not to pay for my food which was pleasant home cooking. The staff at Bridge House Care Centre are also friendly and if you request something they put it right.

My mother enjoyed her rehab at Bridge House. The staff were friendly, efficient and respectful at all times. Her personal needs were met fully and the physio team were excellent. The home is being refurbished at the moment and when it's completed it will look homely and fresh. We would recommend Bridge
House to others.

Bridge House were amazing, all the staff really care. They helped my mum a great deal to get back to her baseline. They all treated her with care and dignity. They all work extremely hard. At first when I dropped her off it broke my heart and I didn't want to leave her there, but after a few days I
could see an improvement in my mum and they reassured me they are looking after her and they did a brilliant job. I am so truly thankful to them all.

After spending two weeks in hospital after breaking my hip, I was transferred to Bridge House where I spent the next three weeks. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very nice and my room was clean, bright and tidy and was cleaned regularly. All in all there
was nothing I could really fault for my short term stay. Thank you Bridge House for preparing me in all ways for my return home.
