My sister can be difficult. The staff do an excellent job given the circumstances. Well done!
The staff are so wonderful in their spirit, skilss, patience and care for my aunt. The home is kept in excellent condition. On my visit today, I was greeted with a warm smile and a brief update on how my aunt has been today. I was then brought to her room where another staff member was sitting with her. They brought us tea and allowed us privacy to be with my aunt. The rooms and common space are always spotlessly clean and there is the overwhelming feeling in the home of calm and care.
With every visit I am struck by the quality of care and kindness which is given to every resident. As a family member who can't visit every week it is very comforting to know that the management & staff have all residents best interests at heart & we are told of any changes in health & wellbeing as they happen. Communication is excellent & we are very grateful to all who work here.
I am visiting my friend here at Carrick House. I am very happy to see my friend well treated. The staff is always happy to help and smile on their faces.
I am incredibly grateful for the kindness and care my dad has received at Carrick House. After arriving in a very poor state following previous care, the positive care and difference they have made to his wellbeing has been remarkable and something our family will always be thankful for. The level of care that the staff provide is absolutely excellent giving us complete peace of mind knowing our dad is in such safe hands. The home is clean, welcoming, good food, activities keeping him engaged. Choosing Carrick House was the best decision we could have made for our dad.
The friend I visit gets excellent care.
The staff was incredible. Very helpful with everything. The manager was great. I was always able to call my uncle and speak to him. Everytime I came to visit him from America they made me feel like I was at home. Thank you to the wonderful staff who treated him so well. We love you all. Thank you again.
Carrick House has been a Godsend for our family's cares & concerns for our uncle. He was full of love & it was reciprocated many times over from the amazing staff and their fearless leader. Blessing & favor.
My mum has been at Carrick House for a while now. She has had the most wonderful care from the management and nursing team. The dedication is amazing. The whole team look after her individual needs making mum comfortable and ensuring her treatment is making progress all the time. Thank you.
An excellent home where our relative was looked after very well. The staff are all welcoming and friendly this is a benchmark for other homes.
Carrick Home - very friendly staff. Very helpful. My relative was very well looked after. Staff always were in touch with us. Excellent.
Thank you for the excellent care.
On a recent visit, I commented to my relative, that a carer (who was new and who had just left her room) that she was 'very nice' to which my sister promptly replied "they are all wonderful".
Proof, indeed, if proof were needed.
The staff are excellent and friendly. Dad is very happy here and we are happy for him.
Excellent home, friendly approachable staff, good communication, and excellent care.
The staff are wonderful towards the resident and her guests. The home is always welcoming and very well maintained. I am always informed about the resident's health. All round, it is an excellent home.
Excellent home, can not rate them more highly. All the staff are friendly and caring and the home is always clean and tidy. Mm looks happy, clean and cared for.
The care, support and treatment my loved one receives from Carrick House is impeccable. My experience with the staff has been pleasurable and satisfying. The staff are approachable and very accommodating. I feel honoured and privileged my relative is being cared for by a very passionate group of staff.
This care home has very friendly staff who are very professional. They interact with residents like family and respond to their needs in a compassionate manner.
I cannot praise the nursing home and staff enough. They have looked after my mother for a year now. They are caring, loving and positive, they meet all her care. The entertainment they put on for the residents and relatives was amazing. It was a joy to see the residents and family having fun in a relaxed environment.
