Re-designed and built in 2021, each floor has a unique identity bringing the outside in, with spacious light corridors, circular pathways with focal areas, a variety of social lounges and sensory spaces. Early days but so far very pleased with everything and the general manager has been very helpful with the way everything's been dealt with.

My mum moved into Chestnut Manor Care Home on 13/09/2021.
First impressions are very good. Every member of staff has been very helpful and Mum is very happy with the care she's receiving. Moving at 92 is challenging but Mum is embracing the change and everyone is doing their best to make the move as
smooth as possible. Long may it continue.

She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2005 and has over 10 years of experience in the UK care home sector, having worked as a Nurse, Unit Manager, Clinical Lead, and now Deputy Manager. In her current role, Valentina focuses on the clinical leadership of the home, overseeing the care team to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered. She works closely with the Home Manager to support daily operations, mentor staff, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. Her priority is to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.
